Im so happy about this, I feel like it's becoming a competition with all the luxury brand makeup, I can't afford all of them but I still want to feel good. Our mothers did fine with Revlon and all the other standard brands.
Idk why I’m telling you this but I’m bored;
So I’m a teen who likes where makeup, nothing crazy just concealer and mascara and sometimes highlighter, so me being a young teen and my mom being semi strict about makeup, (she won’t let me buy foundation) she has high end products, skincare as well as makeup.
I always feel it’s unfair because since her products are like 50 dollars more she is going to be the prettiest because of the products, no I’m not trying to compete or ANYTHING like that with my mom.
Anyways, it was nice realizing that if you can find great cheap dupes of things, it will look identical to high end products :)
This is random but, the job I want to do is be a beauty influencer, the reason?

@@Maddiee04 i saw this comment while on a different account but i had to come back on this one and respond. im also a teen who loves makeup, and while i often do natural looks (about three mascaras and some highlighter) i love a more made up look where i’ll do a foundation and concealer, bronzer, contour, blush, etc. my suggestion for a foundation is the l’oréal true match tinted hyaluronic serum, it’s called a tinted serum but it actually has great coverage, and if you have any spots you can spot conceal first then put the serum over it and it looks gorgeous. that with the halo glow setting powder is absolutely gorgeous, i highly recommend. i’m lucky and my mom lets me wear what makeup i want (to some extent lol) maybe the idea of a tinted serum will be more appealing to your mom than a full foundation 😁

also, do you recommend any concealers? I have tried so many, i have like 8, and only one works and is not cakey.
Its the cars concealers, i had a wonky tan-ish skin tone but its lighter then tan.

Love the dupe videos! I feel that the Milani concealer is a much better dupe for the hourglass concealer, the next one gives less coverage! You should also check out the makeup revolution cream bronzer it’s so good
That blush is beautiful! I did some diffing and with the blush sticks, they actually come with almost the same amount of product - Milk has 0.21 oz and Milani has 0.17 oz. The Milk blush stick just looks like you get significantly more product because it has larger packaging.

I love both the Charlotte Tilbury and the e.l.f.!!! But the e.l.f. is now my new fave out of the 2 also! Not only is it more glowy and gives more coverage, but also the price! And u get way more! I can wear the e.l.f. all alone but can't do that with the CT! 🙌

The L’Oréal serum foundation is gorgeous. I like that so much better than the NARS. I honestly never tried any drug store makeup products. I am definitely going to try a few of them now. Especially the serum foundation.

AOA studio paw paw beauty sponges on Amazon are an EXACT dupe for a beauty blender sponge. I’ve tried countless sponges and this is the closest to BB sponge that I’ve ever found. A pack of 6 is $10….

You are so fair, and a very similar coloring to me. I think perhaps try the Charlotte Tilbury in shade 2 instead of 4.5 and the Elf in the lightest shade. I think you will absolutely love the difference! Love your content!

I just got my hands on that Elf Halo Glow and can't wait to try it. I am a little skeptical because I do have combo skin... Hoping that it doesn't make it more oily! I love that L'Oreal serum. L'oreal kills it with whatever they put out. I actually think the L'Oreal looks better than the Nars. Great videos.

The milani color fetish lipsticks are the best!!!!! I love them! And I need that poppy! I don't have that yet but the purple/blue undertone is my perfect red! (Especially for lighter skin imo) I don't prefer the orangey undertone reds. But yes if u don't have the color fetish lipsticks, run to Walmart and grab them! My top shades are Tease, Pleasure, Peony, Secret and Desire (which Desire is perfect for a fall lip!). Love them all tho! I would choose these over luxury lipsticks any day!
We Learn that just after application what matters the most is the How, you can achieve a vibrant similar output with the inexpensive dupes in contrast to the expensive makeup. It's almost all in how you apply

Before the beauty blender it was Little triangle sponges and little rectangle sponges and sometimes you would get little Puffs in your product that we're always good for setting powder

I've wanted the nars light reflecting foundation but still haven't gotten it. But do have the L'Oreal true match in 2 shades! If its a dupe I'm sold! Cuz I do love the true match.
