    Hi Adriano.
    I need to thank you!
    After I saw your review of the Wiborg front suspension I went to Sweden, to the Wiborg Brothers work shop, to get the Wiborg front suspension installed on my GR together with the Cusco rear suspension and a KWV4 Coil over kit.
    And I must give it to you, my GR is like driving on ice! So much alive and so direct that it is ridiculous. The GR is totally transformed into a race car now and I have to thank you for that advice.
    My GR have the MPS Engineering GR500 big turbo upgrade with 430 bhp and together with the Wiborg suspension upgrade it is just fantastic.
    Fantastic.
    So thank you Adriano 🙂

    I can see doing the turns with less steer than my car I guess! Thanks Adriano for share your opinion about the Wiborg kit. My car has exactly the same feeling as you've mentioned, undesteering a bit from the midle of the turn while pushing hard close the limit. I talked a bit with the Wiborg guys and are really kind! So my GR is gona have those lower control arms for sure! Cheers and grazie mille!

    After installing Titanium brake shims (heat shields) my oem brakes started squealing. Then I realized that the replaced oem part is called "shim kit, ANTI SQUEAL, front" 😅

    • @PIRASMotorsport

    Nice video - I'll probably go back through more of them as I suspect they are about to become more relevant to me. I was planning on buying a Gen 2 GR Yaris here in Australia, but given the price rises we're seeing in markets like the UK where they pushed up the price by 10k pounds (21K AUD), I'll probably save some shekels and buy a gen 1 and spend the 20-30k difference on decent suspension, some r specs, some decent pads, perhaps a little tune and an exhaust and off to the local rally sprints I'll go! We'll see - they haven't announced the Aussie price yet, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a huge price jump here as well. The only thing that may save us, is that there is a price anchor in our market of 70 odd grand because they sell the GR Corolla here for that.

    • @PIRASMotorsport

      I reckon that going with a Gen.1 and improving it is a great idea, plus you will get to do some events, that is the main fun part! I think you will find all the information you need on my channel!

    • @bcm70

      @@PIRASMotorsportThe events are the fun part. Like you, I used to own an Evo 9. In fact I owned two, one of which was a Evo 9 GT that I turned into a tarmac car and ran hill climbs in. Sold it to a guy who sadly rolled it in Targa Tasmania - a big road rally here in Australia. Rallysprints will be enough for me.

    • @PIRASMotorsport

      Sorry to gear you parted with the Evo and that it even got rolled! I loved that car soo much!

      I've put a deposit down bcm with my dealership and am checking Toyota news each day hoping they've released pricing. I reckon it'll be around 70, I think it was a 'drive' article recently that mentioned 65-70. If it's over 70 I may look at the Gen 1 which is more of a capable vehicle than I am a driver and would be more than enough for me. First world problems really.

    GReat video, AJ, thanks for uploading !
    So that was the BOS surprise you were hinting about a few weeks ago and where the survey on suspension on your web page was aimed at. You seem to be very enthusiastic about this new BOS "track" kit, (as you were enthusiastic about the previous BOS "R&T" kit by the way !) All in all, does the previous BOS "R&T" kit and the present "Track" kit work well with fully OEM suspension control arms, or is it mandatory to switch to Verkline or Wiborg or maybe some other reputable AM front control arms ?
    I'm keen on getting a BOS kit, initially looking at the "basic" R&T kit, but now there's that AJCS kit to take into account....
    🤔

    • @PIRASMotorsport

      I am uploading a new video on this topic today, but you will always need the front arms, even on stock suspension! The BOS update is part of the surprise, as we are verifying the feasibility of a much higher specification kit, that will come at quite reasonable pricing

    A question or two that may give an idea for a future video. Did some searching and came up with the EBC SR11 and SR21 pads. Seems they are track only or not? Finally, if you could cherry pick from the Wiborg and Verkline catalogs what would you choose? Don't worry, content is getting better.

    Hi! I have installed WIBORG LCA Arms and noticed that both OEM rims and Weds Sport TC-105x 9.5'' ET45 that I used for the track touches the lower arm part when wheel is turned quite a bit. This is mostly a problem while maneuvering at slow speeds, but still I was able to damage rims a bit. Did you notice this problem? If not, I wonder if different rims helps with that, or maybe some other adjustment on your car. :)

    • @PIRASMotorsport

      Hello, yes on some rims the arms have a minimum interference at full lock. Not a big deal if you know.
      Best practice is always to check upon installation so you know if there is interference

      Io ho installato i bracci Verkline dietro, camber e convergenza.

    • @PIRASMotorsport

      @@PIRASMotorsport on the first hand, I can understand it, but on the other hand, there are other companys that have a TÜV certificate, like KW/ST, Bilstein and the prices are lower than for the BOS.
