Leather on my rep Chicago 15s is not as thick as my retails. That said the retail is not worth the extra money.
It’s crazy how close they got it 😊 for $60-80 / pair, you can get any Jordan 1, Jordan 4, or dunk. Amazing haha. You gotta do reviews with the top batches though that are closest 1:1. LJR, PK, FK are the Jordan 1 batches.

Hey you know how the Nike Air branding always rubs off on the insoles and leaves virtualy no trace from todays shoes from the first few wears.... Does the insoles on your legit 2015 have the black Nike Air smudged into the insole and stained in. I know this was the first shoe from the Remastered Jordan 1 line but since I unDSed my Chicagos I recently noticed how that Nike Air is different. The insoles have the same blue wide stripes like yours underneath and the shape is on point and all the tensions in the sole (squeeze test) and heal counter are exactly like my other pairs but that insole branding had me second guessing the pair. When I bought these from new in 2019 before the Last Dance documentary I know UA factories couldnt make a Jordan 1 that could get passed my checks.
That retail pair is the only pair I've ever see with that much tumbled leather.
yeah these are the standard ljr reps.
theres actually 3 factories that got them right but no MM can source them, only way is to use agent (one factory oos actually).

You can always tell a real 2015 chicago from a fake. Ive had both and the reals hit so much different.

The holes on the toebox on the UA is off. Easy tell! They should be in a straight line on the Chicago. On UA the middle hole is slightly forward like other colorways. Thats a great legit check mark.

Not to the people who make them. It’s very profitable to make and sell counterfeit products. It’s been going on for ages.
Because the sneaker culture is just resellers who buy all the products, so people who are at work or school. When they go to the store they’re sold out.
Average people like retro Jordan’s because the man himself wore them & the colors for outfits. They don’t give AF about if it’s rare.
So they’ll buy fakes because in retail they’re sold out because of resellers. Then when they buy alternatives, they get made fun of for having “knock off” shoes.
Might as well buy a nice fake.
