This is the most beautiful videos of its kind that I have ever seen. Wonderfully scripted and photographed, great music and Stephen Philbrick is the perfect narrator. My mom and dad, Arnold and Carolyn Westwood, would have been so proud.
I grew up a block from, (well, there are no blocks in Windsor), a 5 minute walk from Crane Community School. I worked my first few summer jobs at Notchview, where I learned to drive a standard Willy’s jeep in the back woods. I walked home from the town hall school dances with the fond fresh memory of first young love. I sledded, tobogganed, ski mobiled and learned to golf and ski and play baseball in the fields off of Savoy and Peru Road. My mom’s dioramas still grace the Windsor Historical Society Museum. When the weather turned to nine months under the cloud, I learned to draw and paint. When I dream, though I left it 41 years ago, I most likely dream of Windsor. Some of my high school friends made Windsor their forever home, and I hope to go back to visit one day, if not only in my dreams.
haha dude that means so much! Thank you Mitch! I really do appreciate it, as I put everything I have into my videos. It means the world when people recognize that
I just subbed today. 167K subs. I am binging his videos in my office while I work. Trying hard not to be too distracted by the amazing content in each of his videos. I know, it’s difficult. Gives me good reason to replay them.
293k today. I just subscribed yesterday and have been binging back to front. Feel like I have stumbled onto something so beautiful. Overnight success takes 10 years. Should have 1 million subs by now, but you will. Keep creating this beautiful art. Cheers to all
Gorgeously shot, beautifully paced. This almost made me tear up, seeing as my partner and I are risking it all to start new in the Berkshires this fall. Seeing the quality of life, sense of community, and down to earth feel to the area just gives me a lot of hope, especially as an artist seeking a cultural place to grow. You are wicked skilled in so many ways; amazing camera work and I love the music! Inspiring how you committed to what you love and found ways to make it happen. Great channel.
this is absolutely amazing. The quality, story, narrator, footage, everything just matches perfectly. Wish more people see this. Thank you for showing your talent!
Great video. You should make some more of the towns and cities of the Berkshires and highlight the rich history and beautiful scenery like this one for Windsor. Very well done.
This was enormously beautiful... But most of all, it displays a fine depth of spirit has matured within you. You are a fine filmmaker Keep it up. Keep learning. You have something to say.
Beautiful footage! However "The people here embrace every season with passion" made me laugh only because I've lived in Mass my whole life and bitching and griping about the weather seems like a New England rite of passage. "It's too humid, it's wicked hot out, this rain sucks, it's too cold and there's damn snow in the forecast (while still drinking a Dunkin iced coffee)". I think it's a genetic thing in this region.

The countryside of my beautiful state💚

How does the homie Kyle only have 1k subs?! He makes the most creative videos on TH-cam and puts the most effort into them!

Cheers
