It says they are not CRICOS registered institute which means an international student cannot attain one. Do you have any clarification on this note?
The only one that i know that students can not have can not even try to have is Security License and this rule is in Sydney only don’t know about every state rule but not in Sydney. No idea about CRICOS registered. But students can have White Card (construction Card ) in any state Sydney as well.
Btw I didn’t say that you have to go to only in this School to get license. I did tell that there a ton of available in the market so you can choose whichever you want.👍

Brother, If I complete my Bachelor's in Sydney after that can I do a trade course? If yes, then how many years of visa I will get after finishing my trade course if I don't take any post-study work visa after completing my BBA.
There is a level for every study..i am not sure if bachelors and Trade courses have the same level or not. You can do same or higher level course but not the lower level. If you wanna do lower level then you must have to take a future COE of higher level course. On trade course you gets 2 years of TR(Post Study Work Visa) on bachelor you get 3 years of TR on masters you get 5 years of TR. I am not sure about this as well that you gonna get TR according to Bachelor or Trade course if you do bachelor before and trade course later. Coz there is a rule in whole Australia imagine you finished you Bachelor and applied for extension visa in masters or some same level course. If its been more than 6 months for applying the Extension visa and you still waiting for it , in this case you can not change your mind and apply for TR on the basis of bachelor. So the rule is if you did not apply for TR after completion of a study you can not apply for TR at all then you have to apply for visa extension in study or something else.

What if I got this certificate from outside Australia?
I am nou sure you can but even if you do you can’t use it anywhere in Australia, even in Australia if i move from Perth to Sydney or Sydney To Perth i have to het it transfer or might gotta start with new process. Mean again classes and everything. But trust me don’t try ti make it very complicated just get it from any licensed company here in Australia there is no test in this…i mean just a tiny one very very very easy…and whole process takes about 4-5 hours only.

Yes 100% can apply for white card ,
White card is the very basic one.
Its thé security license that you must have heard about , which is not allowed to get as a student but that rule is in sydney not in Perth.
