Still don´t understand why this car with this many hp and torque STILL lost to the amg gtr in a drag race
AMG GTR must be lighter and they usually underrate the figures
AMG GT R is track focused car. Far fewer luxuries and less sound deadening inside save weight. The GT R also has a much harsher ride and has trouble coping with real world canyon roads - it shines best on the track. Cannot compare it to this car - which is road focused. More than enough speed for the roads, this car is fast. Only need faster for the track. 600 LT should be interesting as that is supposed to cope well with real-world roads as well as having pin sharp track car handling.
Because the numbers on paper don't tell the whole story. There's weight, tires, coefficient of drag, traction control, etc. People who buy this level of car don't do it based on paper.
