Made this Last night! Great recipe Thank you! A few tasty tweaks. First I smoked the livers at low temp with pecan wood for 1 hour. As I was with people who abhor liver, I added 1/3 cup of Portobello mushrooms to lighten the flavor. They loved it!! Will definitely have this for my go to charcuterie board

One of my favourite things to have for breakfast is having a really thick piece of sourdough toast topped with a generous amount of fresh pate and some chopped cherry tomatoes. Soooo good.

After a long day of processing chickens yesterday and peeling feet this morning, I whipped this up in just minutes this afternoon and wow! What a tasty treat. I used some wine I had which pairs incredibly well with coriander, so I used it instead of brandy and nutmeg. Perfection.

Hello, Barbara! Fresh sage or rosemary, but they are with stronger aroma than the thyme! In this recipe the herb is option but gives a nice twist!

Hello! 🙂 If you keep the layer of fat on top intact, it should be good for a week. If not, it's probably 3-4 days. It can also be frozen for up to a month.

In Bulgaria we most often use sunflower oil. I prefer olive oil, but it has a specific flavor.
