Wow... you may have passed my Uncle's store during you rideabout. I think remember his street was Ban Fang Jie or something like that, it was an alley way with two store fronts that belongs to him and house at the rear. Great video! Thanks for sharing.
BTW... since I've been there in 2004 I recall not many if any spoke any English. Has things changed there were you can get by as a visitor not speaking/understanding English? Thanks again :)
The bigger cities, it's easier. But Zhongshan is still a little behind.
Is Zhongshan an active city for foreign student, like are there club and other expats there ?
Zhongshan is a quiet city compared to the bigger, well known cities. There are no “clubs” and the expect community is small and tight.
I have lived in Zhongshan for more than ten years. It is not like Guangzhou and Shenzhen, but not far from these two cities. It is more suitable for living.
