I'm 69 and had a knee replacement 3 months ago. I got my Element a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving it. Had it on some intermediate mountain bike trails and paved multi-use trails. Works great.

In my humble opinion the main difference is the torque sensor. For a rear hub bike the torque sensor is unique This sets apart Good stuff tim from Missouri

Appreciate your comparison! I've been looking to get into e-bikes and the luxury of the Pedego store near me is amazing. But then I heard of Aventon and how much cheaper they are in comparison of features and such. Still struggling in my head on which to get, but the local bike shop is such an appealing thing to me. I'm a bike novice, so having the experts near by with friendly customer service is a big plus!
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the comparison.

I took the limiter off and it increased my speed to 26.

@@Marvelofebikes I watched a TH-cam video and it explained how to increase the speed from 20 to26 and with pedaling I’ve gotten to 30. No app just in the bike settings.

You’re right. My bad here. I’ll work on that!! It’s like when people pronounce Tesla as “Tezla “. I get frustrated too! Thanks for pointing that out!
