Well some dirtbags that had property down the road thought he must of died thays what they said anyway. Well they took his blazer , 1965 Hallett / Barron flat bottom V drive boat with its dual carbed 427 side oiler ford v8. Took guns and everything else of any value including the new water heater he had just installed. Stove , fridge and A/C unit all gone . And then after a month of being in SoCal Willy came up to see what they had done. They got caught with just the hull of the boat on the trailer. They had forged title on the blazer and sold it , pulled the 427 out of the boat and sold it. His guns and other valuables were gone as well. The only things of value he had left was the stripped boat hull on the trailer. The guy who got charged and convicted only served 13 months in prison and Of course whomever helped him got away wwith it. Willy never received a dime in restitution and his insurance would only cover what he had receipts for in the house. Nothing for the blazer or boat. He ended up getting like $700 for the stuff he had receipts for which was the new water heater. He ended up going back down to SoCal and working 5 more years and got killed by a drunk driver who hit him while he was riding his Harley Davidson one evening. This place reminded me of what happened to Willy. RIP Partner

Someone "said" it housed workers of the now defunct mine. It was pristine and in good condition until it was trashed by vandals. I used to live near an old dairy farming district in Norco, California, USA, that once had communal housing until banks bought those people out and they happily fled. The banks gave them millions to flee. After they left, there were many abandoned communal dairy farming homes. Vandals had gone in and broken the glass, threw poop on the walls, etc. Why are people so freaking disgusting and wild? Now the whole area is nothing but gentrified brand spankin' new 3 and 4 bedroom Lennar homes. If you wonder why newer homes develop problems, it is because they build them cheaply and too fast. It only took 4 to 5 years to transform a whole city that was nothing but farms into tract home sprawl, so much so, that they changed the name of part of the city to Eastvale. However, It was interesting to see the transition and good to see the dairy farms gone. They stunk so bad. Ugghh! Gross! Avoid dairy. Those cows don't deserve that. They live horrible lives all thanks to our greed.
