Great video! You worked very hard and took great risks making it! Thanks for sharing! Ever since the X-Files I have had great interest in Area 51! Always interested in outer space and UFO’s in general!
That was a lot of fun to watch. I’m sure if you spent enough time on that peak you could see some very strange activity. I look forward to more content like this and thanks for sharing. By the way, the footsteps audio while climbing the mountain was hilarious. Excellent choice. 👍🏻

Also the Area 51 rider is a cool guy that does similar videos every year on his quad bike. Good to see someone new doing it. All the best. 👍😎 🛸👽
That Starlink array floating across the sky in near-Earth orbit is interesting. What a climb! WHAT VIEWS. The Mojave desert is a gorgeous place. Thanks for your efforts! in bringing this to us. I want to check out an area northwest of your location here, just north of the TTR/Area52 for camping and hanging out in the high desert scrub, but in a little "squaredrop" camper (with it's Webasto diesel heater, see!) towed behind my half-ton. Cheers!
Thanks for doing these videos👌🏻 first time here, there was a Peakabo peak that people used to climb and see area51 but they expanded the territory and now no one can climb it
One last comment: I did see something interesting while I was in the area. We had just left Rachel at about 7:30pm and headed back to our cabin in Alamo, after 10 minutes of driving we saw directly in front of us what some would describe as a UFO. It was in the same valley as us, directly in front of our route which appeared to be anywhere from where Groom Lake Road and probably Tikaboo Peak. It was this big bright orange pulsating light that lasted for about 8 seconds. 30 seconds after the first one, another appeared just a little to the right of the first one and also lasted for about 8 seconds. The best description I've heard is a mini-sun. It was definitely not a flare, light or another manmade object, it was clearly some technology that we don't know exists. I am hesitant to say it was a UFO because of where I saw it, rather it could be our secret technology. Absolutely incredible experience. I've seen a few videos that looked 100% like what I saw, glowing orange, pulsating mini suns.
@bigc8300 lmao doubt that one still does video's they just don't go in front of the camera and don't do area 51 stuff one got busted by area 51 supposedly did time for it and one had a fuel with the area 51 rider and don't know what happened to him
I think those lights you saw were jets taking off. The afterburner was lit when you saw it and went away when the pilot pulled back after aircraft reached a certain altitude.
They could be but there is another TH-cam video I saw the same thing but it went on for a pretty long time and there was a lot of them some were brighter than others.

You're right about 2 nearby peaks being almost as good, but not quite. I almost made it to one of them, but it was 10x or maybe even 20x as hard as Tikaboo, and I turned back short of the peak due to sunset/safety concerns on my 2ND DAY of my attempt, short of where I could even see Area 51 at all. There is a quicker way in than I took, but also extremely difficult, and much more likely to be spotted just as easily as going up Tikaboo. The third peak, I've not even bothered figuring out a route to. When I say 10x as difficult, I mean both the much longer and more grueling hike, and the danger level on much steeper and more unforgiving terrain. Plus the fact your body might not be found for years, instead of weeks.

I would say Alaska is too close to Russia. Closest points is 2.4 miles or 3.8 kilometres. When the ice is frozen, you can walk to Russia from Alaska apparently.
Don't know if you have ever tried a set of walking sticks but they make a huge difference when climbing as you were to the peak. Awesome video, fortunate to live in such a cool area to explore. Kind of unnerving coming across that tent and bag, weird.
Love the little Honda - you should have set up a camera taking interval shots throughout the night 500 frames of 30 sec with a 5 sec delay would give you almost 5 hrs of data - could be interesting
There is no geocache nor any virtual cache (i.e. virtual / Earthcache) on Tikaboo Peak. Although, there is a micro geocache near the TH on the east side. Otherwise, there is an ammo can geocache hidden on Badger's peak. Great video. Beautiful.

I would have been more freaked out if there was an abandoned vehicle at the bottom or somewhere along the road but there wasn't. I'm fairly sure someone just didn't want to carry their gear back down.
Excellent video! Isn't a great hike with some amazing views? The first time I hiked Tikaboo, it was in 2011 and the "climate monitoring station" didn't exist. When I returned in 2014, the weather station had been installed. There is another one down in Rachel, when you think about it it's a great idea to keep tabs on visitors outside of Groom Lake. I actually proposed to my significant other after we got to the top of Tikaboo Peak. One thing I really liked about the hike was the section of rock that contained fossils. I thought that was pretty neat. You had good views for your hike as the weather wasn't too bad. Sometimes the haze from the dirt, haze, and heat can really hide any view of the base.
Great video but my only suggestion is that you need a tripod to mount the camera on for those long-distance views. it was hard to see anything with the shaky cam. either way this was a fun watch.
It sure is interesting when those jets fly over the canyon as the sound is out of this world, with everything shaking. They do that as an intimidation tactic. I remember my first time, less than 5 minutes after arriving, a jet flew really fast overhead and it sounded and felt like a sonic boom. I'm sure there have been a few people who traveled there, experienced that sonic boom, and then left right away without doing the hike. It's nerve racking.
The lights you filmed at base camp are exactly what i see in Indiana about 12 miles north of Crane Navel weapons manufacture or whatever facility.Them and orange orbs at 3am to 5 am.??

Also if you look on GE there is a new hanger etc on the NE of the base ..
Also the base itself was home to the 5577th Sqd that flew and tested all the Captured / Obtained Russian Aircraft .
Your Honda is awesome. Fun adventure. I don’t think the camp was abandoned intentionally. That wasn’t trash, that’s somebody’s gear homie. 😮
Yeah, that freaked me out a little.
I would have been more freaked out if there was an abandoned vehicle at the bottom or somewhere along the road but there wasn't. I'm fairly sure someone just didn't want to carry their gear back down.
Our postmen still deliver our mail with these bikes here in Australia.Postie bike
great content, what a effort, thanks for it!
It was an incredible place. That's so awesome you proposed there!
@@UncannyExpeditionsthis place is connected to ducle base it's all underground now .
Looks like a great hike. I never understand able-bodied people who don’t enjoy hiking. 🥾 ⛰️
I didn't get any wiser. It's a nice surrounding. Nicely presented.
Sonic booms are common around there. Anyone living in Alamo could tell you that.
The lights you filmed at base camp are exactly what i see in Indiana about 12 miles north of Crane Navel weapons manufacture or whatever facility.Them and orange orbs at 3am to 5 am.??
