There is no denying that homage watches can pack fantastic value for money. Such is the case for this Berny Compressor AM139M -yes it's got a strange name, but it is a serious dive watch with surprising features.

I'm with you on the brand name, but glad I've broken through that barrier because they make some nice budget watches! I'd still one to see them switch to their logo only on the dial, though. I think they have one piece like that. I've got this watch in green and agree with many of your observations. Thanks for sharing...love this color!

Great to see another humble video from yourself nicely put together.
This is never going to touch the quality of a Polaris but for £150 that’s quite amazing, considering it has a legitimate Japanese movement and a nicely
Integrated rubber strap. I wish there wasn’t a Day date function it kinda spoils the dial
Plus like you I can’t get over ‘berny’ it sounds like Fred flintstones pal

Just stumbled upon your channel due to the Citizen Promaster vs Seiko 62mas comparison. I subscribed because in that video you put both watches on the timegrapher. Would be very nice if you did that to all watches. That video was also exemplary having its various sections marked out. This watch looks really nice and impressive with the surface treatment. That name though, makes it very difficult to wear. Sounds like a character in a sit-com, or a dog.

I bought this model on Berny's website, I do not recommend buying these watches. the guarantee that the buyer offers, if there is a problem, does not comply with it.
