I was going through a divorce living in my own cottage. I was quietly folding wash. I heard go lock the screen door. The inner door had not been open due to it being cold. I thought that's silly. Shortly I heard the same words louder. I laughed and said ok and did it. The next morning at 6 am the unstable person I was divorcing was ripping at the door. Trying to get in. I was in awe while calling the police at the warning spirt had given me.

Same thing happened to me …except it told me to get the kids and leave for the night…I did….my ex had gone to the house and ran sacked it….then drove around town all night till he found my car parked in my sisters new houses driveway …he had to have been really searching to have found me….this same inner voice has saved my hide so many times it’s uncanny lol

I'm a musician, so sometimes i come home late. Last year, I came home at like 3am. Nobody was awake, but i kept hearing in my mind "go into your music room." Im thinking no way I'm too tired and had no reason to go in there.. the urge to go in there kept getting stronger.. so I opened the door and in the middle of the carpeted floor was a lit candle. Thankfully, I listened to that voice inside.. my house could have burnt down in our sleep.. my daughter forgot to blow the candle out earlier.. whew 😅

I’m 54, my name is Trina and I’m from The Pacific Northwest…
I’ll try to be brief in my story. When I was very little, before I could barely talk. My gran noticed that when the phone rang, I would announce who it was (before it was answered) and sometimes what they wanted…. It happened to often (accurately) to be a coincidence….
When I would stand in one spot, in my grandparents old house (in front of their fridge) I would ALWAYS get a Deja Vu feeling… super strong… I get goosebumps just recalling that feeling in front of their fridge, always in that spot….like I had been there and experienced that very same thing before!!
Anyway, so at about age 7-8ish…. I started to hear other people’s thoughts (but not all of them)…. But at first I didn’t know it was other people’s thoughts… I thought they were talking out loud!! It wasn’t all the time, there was no rhyme or reason as to when it would happen…. Just sometimes I could hear what someone was thinking or saying or also…. I’d say a sentence before they would say it….
Fast foreword to today…. I have gotten in SO MANY arguments with my husband because I accuse him of saying something…. When in reality he really didn’t say it out loud per se…. HE THOUGHT it…. And so I heard it as though he were saying it out loud… So I have to be very careful of this… very careful….
It has saved me a few times, like from injury in a car accident once…
I had just came to a stop at a red light, when my grans voice loudly said, plain as day! (As though she were right behind me…) “TAKE YOUR FOOT OFF THE BRAKE!!!! ”….. (she was still alive at the time and not with me in the car, I listened to her voice, took my foot off of the break… and at that exact moment WHAM!!!!! I was rear ended HARD!)…..
I was pregnant at the time and after the police showed up, the police officer said to me, word for word…. “ it’s a very good thing you didn’t have your foot on the break at the time of impact, you probably would of been very hurt, or worse!” (Because my car moved with the impact, absorbing the energy of the crash, instead of staying still upon impact with my foot on the break, my body would of absorbed the force of the accident…

Yes, Yes, Yes. I do hope others are forthright with their part in your hearing their unspoken words. This will help you claim your knowing and skills on many levels. And it can really help them to sort their own unspoken feelings. Like, with your hubby. It definitely becomes speaking with compassion when something contentious comes up. I can relate with my own experiences in such areas. Mostly I have to remember that before I speak out loud on somethings that I have to ask my soul/higher self or even God: "What should I say aloud here, so that they will hear me with love?" And then I am given the words. (THANK GOD! It works every time.)
Plus, realizing that Telepathic / Interpsychic Rapport is happening all of the time helps me to speak my own truth and feelings outwardly and with love - not denying my own voice and truth in matters. 💖
Because I am on a roll of speaking, I often miss saying some words in my videos or my podcast (The Constance Messmer Podcast), thinking that I most certainly, actually said them! I crack me up when I re-listen and think, didn't I say that outloud? OMG 😆🤣
I LOVE your Gran!!! I have one of my own that has my back. You two are definitely soul linked. I would bet you could have some really inspiring and cool conversations on this topic of soul senses and inner guidance. Even now, with her on the other side. She's still watching out for you, as you know. I get she was capable of bilocation. Whether she was consciously aware of it or not. (That is a whole other topic I will address in future teachings.)
How cool are you?! I love that you had these experiences at such a young age. You could go back to standing in front of the fridge in your mind's eye and ask, "Was I here before? As another person? Or as a spirit before coming into this life?" Or whatever your soul guides you to ask. You could even ask: "What can I know about those feelings that I had there at that young age?" AND DEFINATELY, leave no stone unturned. Follow the thread, asking follow-up questions so that you source all of the answers. They will ring true in your heart. EVEN THOUGH SOME of the concepts may be new to you.

I to and from the Pacific on 67 years old I have had a great many experiences starting at a pretty young age as well by the time I was 10 I knew my father was going to die in a car accident when he left that day I😮 have many knowings I talked to Spirit frequently I also get warnings not all the time I have often been called a witch and now I say thank you
That's a great story I to have finished ppls sentences I thought I heard what they was thinking it ain't always a good feeling though thank you for sharing your story though it has helped me for sure.
Same thing with my husband. Together almost 21 years. I'll say what?! Him: I didn't say anything. So many x. One if my kids thought, while driving by a cornfield, it was scary. I said "it's not scary honey. Too many children of corn type movies" my daughter said "mum. I didn't say that outloud!"
My dad's ashes came out of storage and back into my house. And stuff started going a lil bonkers immediately. I just typed bonkers as it was said on video 😂😂😂 the thing that my kids and i have always felt comfortable with and comfort from is the feeling of weight at the bottom of my bed. Someone sits down at the bottom to watch over us.
Also, I pointed our 2 different songs I love and they both, two totally different genres, were his late brothers favorite two songs. When you put the titled Together, they're a full lyric. One was thunder rolls. The other was lightening crashes. They come on with both of us in the car often. ❤

I'm in PNW too. Spokane Valley. The voices saved me from being killed in a car accident in 1991. I was told to put my seat belt on, then was shown a large bubble around me. Right afterward I had lost control of the car (rack and pinion steering failed or I fell asleep but don't recall) and rolled the car down a hill 5x, landing on a fence, upright, no windows, no tires, car still running. I turned it off. Lol. Climbed out the window. Thanks!
There are other times too.... that brought me to a boy who had just wrecked his bike and had a handlebar in his thigh... another time brought me a home when I had no where to stay... another time, was a fully embodied spirit, my friend, right after she died and before I'd been told.

The morning my sweet dog passed away, the lyrics ‘I’ll love you for infinity’ kept playing in my head. So clearly. He died at noon that day and the song kept coming back to me and I knew. I knew it was a message from my sweet Wyclef. I miss him.

My teen daughter was sleeping in my bed one night when her father was out of town. The next morning I heard a loud noise from her side of the bed. I rolled over to see if she was on her phone or something bc I thought she was asleep. When I realized she'd still been sleeping and just woke up, I asked her what that sound was and described it, she said she had just dreamed about a standing harp and plucking a string next to her ear. The sound was like a very loud single string of a stringed instrument. It was so loud that it made me jump and the dream jarred her awake. I guess I actually heard a noise from her dream. We were both amazed. I had been lying there awake for a while not wanting to get out of bed until she woke up. The sound was so loud and clear. I know what I heard.

I have struggled with intuition, animal encounters ringing in my ears and vivid dreams for a long time and I have tried to learn more on my own but having guidance to set me in the right direction for growth would mean a lot to me
One morning I woke up and I heard music. I thought I forgot to turn the radio off the night before or that maybe my husband had turned it on. I fell back to sleep and I woke up again hearing the same loud music but this time I tuned in and realized it sounded more like a chorus in a church going aww Louder and louder It was absolutely beautiful. I got up to check the radio it was off I feel like it was my guardian angels singing to me letting me know everything was going to be okay. I felt that they had heard my prayers. This experience actually brought me to tears. It was so beautiful! I feel very blessed 💜
I'm not a religious person but I am very spiritual. I Believe in God, a higher power, my spirit guides and my angels. I've had a few when I wake up and I hear full sentences not shapes not symbols. I have a similar story to the coat! I was at a place in life where money was extremely tight and I was in med of a pair of shoes that I could use to walk the dog but also use as house shoes. I settled on Birkenstocks and I after days of pondering I settled on the color black. I looked at eBay for about two weeks looking for the perfect pair and I wanted to spend about $30. Well, one day I was coming home from work and decided I was going to stop at the grocery for some things. The voice came in and said, “no, drive home.” I spoke back, “no, I don’t want to go home, I want to go to Publix. “ The voice said, “no, go home” “ugh, fine!” So I start in the direction of home and in the road I see something. I look and it looks like Birkenstocks. I think, “no way!” I drive past but then I know I gotta go back. I need to stop and see if it’s what I think it is. Of course, they are the black Birkenstocks in my size no less and barely worn. Why were they there? Well, I was in a college town and it was the start to Thanksgiving weekend so I think someone must have put them on the roof of her car by accident and the fell of as she drove away. I ended wearing those Birkenstocks every day for the next four years!

Wow the other day I was at a bar and I connected telepathically with someone there. But I'm wondering if they wer aware - next time I plan to give them a test telepathically to do in this world.

It seems to be harder to speak to close family members. But I learned that they send us messages in the form of music or other signs. I remember being over stressed at one of my former jobs. Suddenly out of the blue I hear this music that was well known years ago when I was growing up in Europe. I knew it was my dad. I learned to open my heart and not tried to focus on wanting so much to hear from my parents because it blocks me from receiving, i relax, meditate and use breathing techniques with qi gong and it helps me. Frustration can block our abilities. He will come to you.
As a mother who lost a son too. It was easier to meet in the Astral during dream time. Open your heart chakra and set your intention to meet also ask to remember. ❤
So amazing to come across this. Just yesterday I had a random catfish magically end up on my back porch...I don't have a pond. My son returns it completely baffled as to how it got there. Yells fish out of water 💦 and puts it in a bucket, adds water saves it life. I look up the spiritual meaning of a catfish and it says I'm being instructed to develop clairsentience. I didn't even know what that was. Tonight I find this on Clairaudience....when I was 12 years old standing outside a old firehouse off a main road with a bunch of kids including my brother and sister....I hear this random voice... go inside. I look around I don't see a parent calling or anything so i ignore it. I hear it a 2nd time, more stern... go inside NOW. I look, see noone , ignore it for the 3rd time. Next it says...GO INSIDE NOW THERES GOING TO BE A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT. This time i moved! I shuffled all us kids into the firehouse side door, as the door shut behind me I heard this terrible screeching noise then this horrific crash and metal screeching sound. I turn around back out the door and a drunk driver had been doing 100 mph on a Sunday morning, hit the oak tree outside the firehouse and landed in a heaping piece of metal, right where we had all been standing just 10 seconds before. Driver DOA at the scene. Spirit saved the lives of prescher, multiple nurses, Im was a psychnurse, psychiatrist for children services....many empathetic gifted family members. Our gifts are really being felt and we are being instructed to live a different way. Life is magical ❤ Ty for this video and hearing my story.

When I was just four years old, my mother passed away. After that, I started seeing (spirits) people in my house that no one else could see. There were always three of them together, and this scared me so much that I have been afraid of the dark ever since. I also suffered from severe headaches that make me unable to hear anything, not even a single sound. The doctors give me a spinal tap because they didn't know what was wrong and I was only 5-6 years of age. Sometimes, I would hear my friends (so-called friends) talking about me in a negative way, but their mouths weren't moving. When I asked them about it, they denied it looking shocked that I even knew.
Despite all these experiences, I feel like I am connected to the spiritual world on a deeper level. I often know what someone is thinking before they say it out loud. My husband tells my kids that I can always tell when they're lying to me. Unfortunately, I have also been diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and paranoid disorder. Yet, I know they just misunderstand my gifts. I am forever grateful for this video. It's just confirmation that I never gotten.

Dear lady Armstrong I know a young lady that was diagnosed bipolar and the family had a schizophrenia background. A functional medicine doctor prescribed a vitamin with folate that has methyitetrahydrofolic acid and it's helped. Definitely look into it. Sending prayers for healing.

My daughter became Clair Audible when her dad passed away at 12. We both were having much psychic experience in those days just after. It was truely amazing. The night after my dog passed, i heard in my mind "ill always be with you mummy". She was like my baby as ive never had kids. I heard it just as i was drifting in and out of sleep. I was thrilled! But i haven't heard anything since. Its been 4 months. I still cry. Why cant i hear anymore?

My beautiful cat visited me the night she passed and showed me the pain she was in the last few weeks. I was so sad that she loved me so much that she stayed for me and endured that. She periodically lets me know she is still around, it is very comforting ❤

I myself have always aligned with the frequencies of music (And have dated my fair share of musicians, haha!)
I Get lost In Music and it Lifts Me - like the music of the Sufis and chants of so many. I often raise my heart and mind in prayerful music that in and of itself caries and lifts me higher and moves me in ways nothing else can.
Long before Sound Healing became a thing, I used to hear people's chakras singing notes. I used to be called to try and hold the pitch to help in transformative healing that couldn't be achieved in any other way beyond the sound and transformative power of music.
Music makes me weep.
The sounds put together by human hands to instrument.
Or voice.
The resonance of nature.
The sound of bird song.
The choirs of Angles.
The buzz of bugs.
The swish of plants.

Well, i thought i was going nuts. For the past 3 years I have been hearing music, instruments, singing, voices, conversations, sometimes all at once. Very loud at night. Also leaving my body totally aware of it. I have no idea where i am, but i always look at myself in the mirror and I'm not me. Lots of flying too.

That's pretty amazing. I have something similar and I always thought I just had a wild imagination. Usually when I get very inspired I get a lot of ideas that I get so overwhelmed. Sometimes it's images of beautiful things I would love to draw or music. It almost always happens when the lights are off and I'm trying to sleep but when things like that happen it's very stimulating to my nerves and I get a bit sensitive almost like being on caffeine. I don't know truly if it's the same but your comment reminded me of that. Also in instances when I've been alone in my room I have gotten strange feelings that someone else is there and sometimes it's negative. I've asked my guides or God to send them out of my personal space.
When leaving the body, standing in front of a mirror is a directive to solidify the experience.
I only had this happen one time, when my Dad passed suddenly of a heart attack I was 25 miles away...he came to me audibly. I was also having an unexplainable panic attack at the same time. This was in 1977.
❤🩹 This is so sad that he passed. And so important that you heard him and felt it all in your panic attack. You are so incredibly connected. I'm sure you could still converse with him... I know this from all of the work that I do and all that spirit tells me. Time has no real relevance to connection. 1977. My heart goes out to you now and back then. I was in 7th grade I'd pray for families all of the time. All families, everywhere.....Peace and Love to your heart! ...💖 Your father, being that connected to you - ask him to talk to you again. Speak up and make the connection clear, ask him. And ask him to send signs that he is still guiding/in your life. I get a sense that you may "Feel" him around. That is ClairSensation. This happened to me when my dad had a heart attack. I ended up in the ER. He was in California and I was in Tennessee and I didn’t find out until the next morning about his heart attack. I also woke up to a visible puncture mark in my vein feeling like someone was taking my blood at the lab at the time he was passing away from cancer. The bruise lasted for a couple days. It was very strange. I’m sorry about your dad.

As a very young child, less than 5 years old, I heard many voices as I would fall asleep. It sounded like many people speaking in a large room. No particular voice could be picked out, it was just many many voices of all genders mixed together. We lived in a small single family home, and there were no large buildings nearby. I tried to pick out one voice, to focus on, but I could not. I couldn’t understand this phenomena, and told no one about it, ever, but that’s how I first started to notice strange things happening as I drifted off to sleep.

I hear my Dad say things to me all the time. He died in Dec 2020 and this has never happened to me before until he passed away. I keep thinking I'm going nuts or if I am making it up in my own head as in imagining what he would say, but I hear him in my head clear as a bell with his voice and saying things only he would say. Things that are funny etc. I find myself laughing when I hear him crack a joke because I swear I can hear him. Maybe I'm nuts but I'm glad this actually has a name.

A moment that always stays with me, was shortly after getting a ferret, I was sitting on the couch while she was running around the livingroom. In my head I told her to come to me, I felt what felt like her climbing onto the couch on my leg, then a half second later I felt it again from her actually climbing onto the couch into the spot next to me!! She not only heard me but i felt her doing the action before she even did it. The more she grew up the less she listened, but she will always be considered my first familiar lol.
I’ve always had this. One of the most entertaining examples is that I can find things, like hairbrushes, phone chargers, missing jewelry, even if they are in boxes, in different rooms, even if I’m on the phone with someone.

I’m a psychic medium and struggle with clairaudience. At times I don’t trust the info because I think I’m making stuff up since I receive messages in my voice. I might sense spirit and get an impression of them but I don’t see them clearly in my mind. This was very helpful. ❤

My 30 year old daughter is a new semi truck driver for warehouse she told me but I forgot when she was going. She traveled all day making 3 huge stops picking up trailer of boxes and dropping them off . On the way home with a empty trailer is super dangerous. She was extremely nervous. At work me the mom who works in same building heard the music low sound in my head The Star Spangled Banner 🇺🇸. I was by myself in a area concentrated on numbers and had the loud machine noise everywhere all day . The time I heard music is when she just got back with semi truck trailer . I said guess what I heard we both know that Grandpa was with her and came to see me. When he passed he listened to the The Star Spangled Banner 🇺🇸 and all the Music for the Veterans. He was a Navy Veteran and a truck driver with his twin brother that also passed. This was very peaceful to hear when it happened.

I also heard a voice telling me to go as fast as I can had to get in front of a truck. It turns out there were cones in the road that were ending my lane in 100 yards. I would have died in a fiery crash. It was magical. There was no way I was going to make it. It was clairaudience and also magical cuz we were saved. We were magically moved as well.

I too have experienced this. After a miscarriage was praying & heard clear as day, you will have more. Another experience I knew at 16 my parents would die at a young age & I was questioning everything & asked where is this holy spirit, all of a sudden I could feel a blow in my face, coolness on my tears, hair fly back. This was the BEST thing that has ever landed in my feed on TH-cam. Unreal! I have a few "Clairs" but Clairaudience has been prominent for decades and has gotten stronger over time. But when I heard you say The Black Dog Cafe, I almost fell over. I have never been there but for some reason I saw the name once, and I have a Black Lab- so that connection makes sense.....but it goes deeper than that....that's at least how I felt when you said the name - and how I am always drawn to it. Maybe I will visit the place eventually. I have 2 hats and a jacket with their name and logo on it. I could go on and on....this is blowing my mind. And it's the most perfect message I could have come across....especially with all that I've experienced in the last 7 months following the ending of a 5 yr relationship with a significant Narcissist - not my first, sadly. One story explains how a dog would know when his caretaker was close to coming home, as they would get up in the window minutes before his arrival in anticipation of his arrival. He was a sales person and did not have regular hours and was gone for different days, for different amount of days, so nothing was ever the same, yet this, dog always knew when he was close to coming home.
Constance wrote a book about it too! It is called Some Dogs Talk! There’s a link in the video description. I highly recommend it!

As I've been having that kind of response but I didn't believe it and thought it was from my own head since I've voiced the response before I finish in my head. I get this. I've heard so many messages in my life and have learned I must act when I get them. Sometimes (the danger alerts) come with a feeling in the back of my head like energy is touching me. Then I KNOW I need to listen.

So all these thoughts I hear as my voice is not of my own.
One time I left the big city to go on country drive and I felt the pressure in my head leave, as sooon I went t back to city I felt all the thoughts of the people.
But now that I’m watching this video it makes me aware to explore this ability
Ahhhh, I definitely hear you. Yes, explore, Tune In, practice the suggested exercises and know that the more you practice and pay attention to this, the more empowered you will become.
I suggest you ask waaay up high, what am I to do with all of this. Meditation and conversation time with higher realms of spirit will be beneficial; I'll get into more of all of that in future episodes.
I started hearing voices a long time ago specially as I am waking up. Is really amazing. I once kept hearing a man’s voice and later found out it was my father’s higher self. He was still alive.

I am so thankful and grateful for finding you. I got so many questions that’s hard to explain. I just found out that I’ve been gifted with so many things. I can read the mind of the person next to me before she could utter it. And she was shocked that she was just thinking about it and I already said it. Secondly, I have a vivid dreams that can really unbelievably true. I saw a baby in my dream, then all of sudden I didn’t know that I’m going to be a grandmother. I saw a lady in red in my dreams, the next day a friend showed up wearing red. Do I have psychic powers now, the dreams, clairaudience, healing and clairvoyance. Enlighten me please.

Great video! Hopefully there’s much more to come. I feel there’s a shift or awakening happening at the moment regarding the evolution of consciousness. Mediumship seems to be the theme in my reality. 2012 was my first major shift and it feels the same this year just on a higher level. In 2012 my closest friend died and I cried uncontrollably. A few weeks ago my auntie crossed over and this time there was joy in my heart and the knowing that she is still alive and hear with me. I just really wish I could connect with her and help my family through their grieving process. I heard a voice call my name when I was sleep a few mornings ago and I swear the girl calling me was in my room. I had to completely wake up and check my room just to find that nobody was in my room. I’ve heard someone’s thoughts before and few more random clairaudient experiences, but it’s always random. Thanks for sharing your wisdom!

The first time I experienced a very strong clairaudience was when I was 15 years old. I had been longing for months to know where a person I admired and felt a very strong pull towards lived in my city. I have been thinking about that person all the time, wanting to get to know them better and form a friendship with them. Then one evening, on my way to my art school, I was standing on the bus, just looking out at some tall apartment buildings when I heard this clear voice saying: "So this is where you live!" I looked around me to see who was speaking to me, but nobody near me was looking at me. I thought it was the strangest thing. Then few months later I got a hold of that person's address and decided to walk to their street to see where exactly they lived. It spooked me out as it was one of those tall buildings I was looking at from the bus when I heard that "so this is where you live!" voice. The last time I heard a message like this was in 2019 at a concert. We went with a couple we were friends with. We parked our car in an off-street parking lot that was surrounded by lots of homeless people and people with substance use issues. During the concert I heard "Cornell's backpack is not safe". Our friend had left it on the back seat of my car. When we got back to the car after the concert, the backseat side window was broken in and the glass was shattered all around it. The backpack was gone. Even though I cannot control when and how these "tings" happen to me, I love when they do, even though they spook me out. I sometime see an image of something or receive a piece of information in an intangible way - the best way I can describe it is as "knowing". I cannot will these, or make them happen at will, or on demand, but would love to be able to. I used to know when I would find a letter for me in the mailbox, for example. Or know when I would bump into or see one particular friend who seems to be on the same wavelength and who himself experiences these same things mutually. "I know that I know" is the best way I read someone describe this - I think discerning and trusting these messages and knowing is the hardest thing, though. I often dismiss them as something I am just making up. Only when they are so clear that there is no doubt I knew beforehand, do I believe that I really did know. Fascinating stuff!

You could still ask, "Who said that?" directing your question to the source mentioning the backpack. You may find the source was "another." Or it was yourself, wisdom bubbling up from your soul.
Knowing comes as ClairCognizance; no soul sense involved, you just KNOW. My episode on that is upcoming.
I suggest you "play with it" by setting an intention in the beginning of your week or day...to know things. Or to ask things about your day and see what comes back to you. You are tuning in to the frequency of information - in all of the various ways it can come, from all the various sources.
