ನಮಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ನೋವನ್ನೋ, ಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನೋ, ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನೋ ಎಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿ ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಗಮನ ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಹೋಗುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆಗ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇನ್ನು ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದರ ಬದಲು ನಮಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ಕಷ್ಟ ಯಾವ ಮಹಾ ಎಂದು ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಧೈರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನೆದುರಿಸಿ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಅದರ ಜತೆ ಜತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 'ಬಂದದ್ದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬರಲಿ, ಗೋವಿಂದನ ದಯೆಯೊಂದಿರಲಿ' ಎಂಬ ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನೂ ರೂಢಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಬಹುದು.
We feel the pain, difficulty or problem that has come to us so big that our attention does not go anywhere else. Then the problem becomes even bigger. There is no solution. Instead, there are people in the world who are more disadvantaged than us. Convinced that my difficulty is so great, I can bravely face the difficulty and find a solution. Along with that, if you adopt the attitude of 'whatever comes, let it be with the grace of Govinda', solving problems can be easier.
