Awesome dude. Congrats. I don't really like when myself and the opponent draws 1 match a piece. It can go either way, and makes my heart pound so fast. Lol U really handled the pressure well. 😎😎😎
Thanks man. My heart was pounding every round but it helps me focus when the pressure is high. I felt pretty confident because of how much SFII I have played in the past, online and offline. Also, I am more consistent with E Honda and Feilong even though Ryu is my favorite character. A lot of people know how to deal with Ryu because everybody plays him. Not a lot of people fight Feilong or E Honda.
Besides SF II HD Remix, which is my favorite, Ultra SF II featured in the video is the best version of SF II I have played. I heard high level tournament players of SF II did not like these versions much because they made balance changes and they already learned older SF II. There may be other reasons I don't know or can't remember. From a semi causal standpoint, Ultra SF II is great!
We used to play when we were kids mortal kombat killer instinct street fighters and have a big line of us seeing who was the best dang this video brings back memories how awesome my childhood was I still play all my old systems y’all would probably smile like me when seeing something you grew up with still around
That's awesome! I remember playing SF II with my brother all the time and us almost getting into actual fights because of it (we never went that far). Thank you for sharing your story with me :)
Well Done man, was nice to see. I have been playing street fighter from before champion edition was so excited when champion edition came out giving u the opportunity to play with Balrog to M. Bison. Hope you keep doing well
Me gustaría participar en uno de estos eventos pienso que deberían hacer más de esto en las calles para que la gente ocupe su mente y se divierta y salga un poco del internet y la rutina
Nice job dude, good job. I want this game once I get a switch later this year. I hope they make MK 11 for it too, or classic MK's so I can play on the go!
I have about 4-5 characters in SF II that I can play pretty well against most other characters. I was pleasantly surprised they didn't all pick Violent Ken or Evil Ryu.
I did that when for the last week of school my teacher brought a Nintendo classic that had SF2 on it and we made a line thing If you lose you go to the end of the line If you win you stay at the front I had a 32 win streak switching characters every match, it was the SF2 with the bosses being playable too I lost on my 33rd fight because of someone camping the back with Honda’s 100 hand slap
Yes because to win in street fighter fair you can only do a move every 4 sec's and never the same move twice, or else get called a spammer by this twat above me
I find shotos to basic. I mean they can be fun to use, but I find the other characters more interesting. I use Sagat and Cammy in this one. Lmao Sagat is basic too 😂. I guess I dislike the shoto play styles. And enjoy off characters more.
i play STF since four, back in the 80's, when i stood over a bar chair to reach the controls of the arcade. NINTENDO should open the biggest world championship of ali times. The bar where i started to play was such a bad place for kids, there were several gun fights and the cops where always near by. Good times.
@@blizzardchilled Thank you! I have played a lot of Honda and Fei Long in SF II. Blanka is usually really difficult, I had my struggles with this fight but I have fought a ton of blankas. There was a bit of input lag at this tournament but I just used my fundamentals to compensate and come out on top.
Nice game but Street Fighter Zero 3 is STILL the best Street Fighter game of all time and has to be played on a SEGA SATURN unit for the full and best experience people! Trust me on this!!! 😎 👍
Surprised that a guy chose Vega to compete with. Also surprising that the finalist don't seem to have a go to character. I'm your basic Ryu/Ken boring style, throwing fireball after fireball when in trouble.
While Ryu is my favorite character to play, he is not my best. I have played a lot of SF II and realized that E Honda was my best character with Fei Long a close second.
I haven't played any of the new Street Fighter 2 I'm imagining this is fairly new because Evil Ryu and violent Ken weren't characters and the original Super Street Fighter... my question is though... I thought when someone chooses Vega that a cage automatically went to the background so he can perform some of his other moves that he has that requires him climbing
Evil Ryu and Violent Ken are exclusively on this version of SFII. These characters both appeared in different versions of SF not part of the SFII iterations. The cage appearing behind Vega would be a cool touch if it spawned every stage. It only appears on his stage because it basically home field advantage.
02:25 Vega player should've proceed repeating that flying move. He was worried about how he's playstyle looks for others, that why he stops repeating and try to mixing up. Cost him the win.... Never care about other people opinion if you want to win
While I appreciate your sarcasm, this is my wife filming and there are 40 people in a small area in front of the stage so she didn't have room to get a better angle.
E. honda is actually a beast in SFII, hes one of my best characters. I have always liked Ryu more than any other character in the cast, a lot of people pick Ryu and Ken so everybody has a strategy against them. Honda is unpredictable in the right hands and can control space almost as good as Dhalsim, nobody can really compare to him lol.
I am notorious among my friends at coming back from a deficit in a fight. I can't pull it off like Justin Wong can, but often enough to piss off my friends and family that play SF with me lol.
I would have no problem with that. Typically SF is technical heavy game and SF II has rarely changed something like that for each iteration. I had a problem with the rotation a bit because i was getting used to the controller, i am sure this was a beta version, and there were a lot of other devices in the room. I think a combination of some or all of these messed with my rekka timing a bit. I will have the full version sometime this month and I will see if my execution is better or not with the rekka. (i was also having a bit of trouble with charge moves with Honda, which i have no trouble with on previous versions. I think beta version was a big part of it but we'll see)
Awesome dude. Congrats. I don't really like when myself and the opponent draws 1 match a piece. It can go either way, and makes my heart pound so fast. Lol

I guess i am more way better than these . :)
THANK YA IS A ULTRAGREAT EPISODE NICE MADE ULTRA XD

Good video👍
it looks like it was very fun.
A classic game continues its legacy till this very day. ❤️
Wow the hit sound effects are improved and bassy like killer instinct 2013!. I will now get it just for that!
Besides SF II HD Remix, which is my favorite, Ultra SF II featured in the video is the best version of SF II I have played.

@@TheHiddencrusader thanks for that update. hopefully the AI is improved as well as I play single player also!

Didn't think fei long was gonna survive. Crazy and fun.
Good clean fun right there....awesome stuff!!

Man, I wish I would have known about this! I would have played at Chun Li. Cheers!
I wonder what type of projector they are using. Looks awesome!!
Love the big screen.
If they have one for mortal kombat 4 i think I'd win.
Damn I would love to be in a contest like that !
Me gustaría participar en uno de estos eventos pienso que deberían hacer más de esto en las calles para que la gente ocupe su mente y se divierta y salga un poco del internet y la rutina
Cuando era chavo, ese juego lo terminaba con el flaquito del Dalshim...
I could watch dis all day
The ending throw in the last match was my favorite part. What was your favorite part?
that moment when your watching youtube and you recognize your old co worker is in the vid
That first clutch win was amazing
the E Honda win?
Honda ficou na frente da tela, não deu para ver nada!

Wow! Nice job.
I just knew playing all night would pay off with a hat
*YOU WIN PERFECT*
Nice job dude, good job. I want this game once I get a switch later this year. I hope they make MK 11 for it too, or classic MK's so I can play on the go!

I agree, I would love any MK on the Switch, new or old
Great shot mate
I want that TV. It’s huge. No need for a projection screen. It’s huge
Good tournament. Lucky I wasn't there tbh.
That was cool. Picking diferent characters each time
I have about 4-5 characters in SF II that I can play pretty well against most other characters. I was pleasantly surprised they didn't all pick Violent Ken or Evil Ryu.
Better to learn fewer moves thousands or times than learn thousands of moves.

THE BEST VIDEO ULTRAEXELENT JOB XD
I know, super high quality content right? The great side angle that makes it so you can only see half the screen.
thanks for the sarcasm ;)

The best part was watching the couch potato stretch like he was gonna really fight.
That old guy was pretty good. There should be age categories.
Ordering one of those giant screens right now lol
Imagine first prize 1 million dollars.
4:14 for a second i really thought evil ryu clapped

Cool ce vidéo
STREET FIGHTER
The ever Golden Game
Im coming to see the game and just can see the back of the gamer xD
I know damn his back, covers most the gameplay. It is a waste of a time watching this, unless you don't mind watching his back screw this.
O infância Boa que eu tive jogando esse jogo.
Es una presentacion impecable delgordo que esta todo el tiempo atravezado
Ryu, T.Hawk, Guile, Cammy, Ryu 😛 (wait, this aint turbo so there aint no akuma right?)
Good match!
Install a theatre size screen for better viewer's sight.. Then stand in front of it.
congrats
Mi favorito siempre fue el Ken Azul...me acuerdo q de morrillo todas las tardes asiamos retas en las makinitas

I agree, his play style was a bit erratic and not using optimal tactics in each situation. I have a trouble sometimes with really good Vega players.
Why do these street fighter 2 events always host in 2017 and I dont get to play
Wow i miss these games
Great angle! you should think about a cameraman career!
While I appreciate your sarcasm, this is my wife filming and there are 40 people in a small area in front of the stage so she didn't have room to get a better angle.
Old street fighter2 and New street fighter2 ultra isn't it?👍
I think the guy in the black sweater was trying to lay an egg
Best angle you could find to film this?
Man I want to play against all these great ppl.
Man i wanna batle over there on the big scren
Ami ninguno me ha ganado jamas yo los censo perfecto y en 15 segundos nunca lo he olvidado
Faxilisimo jugar como en el torneo réquiem
Didn't even know that their was an ultra street fighter game
Who in their right mind would choose E-Handa? Always Ken or Ryu.

Violent ken is a pretty fun character
I agree, he's busted good and that makes him fun
