@KevinRichards-my5oj There are few I've seen on the roads currently. I think these drivers are trying to stay away from ELDs. My first cabover was the trainer truck, 1986 International Eagle with Schneider (Feb 1990-Nov 1991). After that was the 1988 & 1989 International cabovers bus style. I quit Schneider because of the newest technology called Qualcomm. With GPS, they knew where all the trucks were. So I went to PST (Feb 1992-Apr 1993, no Qualcomms) out of Salt Lake City and got into a 1988 Volvo conventional, forgot the model number. No more doghouse, finally a walk-in sleeper.
@gregnosal3297 are the bus style cabovers those ones where the front axle is further back from the front instead of up close to it? I've seen those too. They're called set-back axles because the front axle is set back away from the front of the semi. On the Internationals, I think the model name is 9700 if I'm not mistaking.

Been there with a trainee just had to pull inches from a brand new truck. As ya back it away you're getting the 3rd degree for fixing a mess. Plenty of room in the parking lot just had to swing close grrr. 1st store trailer skidding the guardrail. 3:55 What in tarnations happened here? 7:00 Refueling stations *REALLY* need to start having their own wrecker (or at least, a wrecker on stand-by). Tow that outta the way, take a lien equivalent to the lost revenue on the truck/trailer, and slap that lien on trucks like this
yes Fully agree with you to begin with and that said My guess is that the guy in < 6.50 - 7.00 > might have forgotten to set his brakes perhaps ? < perhaps it started rolling while he wasn't around and luckily it didn't hit another truck before it somehow stopped rolling >
I was thinking about going back to regional or otr after being local for 20 years but then I watch stuff like this. Truck stops are circuses these days, along with everything else.
The idiot washing himself from the fuel island bucket, probably was to lazy to go into the restroom and wash himself from the toilet water. As far as the "driver" who blocked 5 lanes at the fuel island, well that's the truck stops fault for letting that to happen. I have posted before that they need to have a person to patrol the area to keep things FLOWING especially when they get $800 and up for a transaction.
I can't imagine what some people think when your chillin in your cab and your watching this sh*t show play out in front of your eyes. Who needs t.v. lol.
For the guy washing his feet, I can attest that should you spill diesel onto your bare skin, you want to get it off right away if its enough quantity because it can and will irritate the skin. If it was bad enough, I'd use the bug juice too. Anything to get that stuff off my skin. He's only doing from his knees down, that looks like a possible fuel spill onto his feet to me.
Hey Ike, you need some help, I wanna come work for you 😂😂😂 I’m ready to get out of this trucking industry, because I don’t know what type of drivers we have nowadays lol, you would think that after 24 years of driving, you want to much see something that will surprise you, but that dude that was taking a wipe off using the dirty water out of the wash bucket, that seal the deal for me 😅just when I thought taking a wipe off in the restroom was bad 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Forgot to set parking brake and went inside for a shower. Truck rolled down the hill and into 5 trucks. I was the green prime 😅. I was in the sleeper with the curtains closed when I felt the truck move and heard the crunch...thought awe shit...the guy next to me was in the driver seat and had to watch the truck roll towards him at 20mph and he couldn't do shit about it. Clean up took 6 hours. Happened at 6pm Jackson GA flying J...it was a mess but the funniest bit was them sending in felon inmate firefighters from the prison around the corner 😆
Thankfully nobody was hurt or killed...guy next to me had just gotten back in his truck from doing a walk around..he could have been squished to death. We all had angels watching that day.
I once watched 2 guys wash a big dog at the fuel island at the Petro in West Memphis. Yeah, they blocked the fuel island, and it was cold. I felt bad for the dog. I hope he managed to get away and roll in some shit before they got him back in the cab.

man our country is going to hell. Doesn't these people think anymore?
Why do you think they want to automate trucking? To get rid of boneheads
6:13 WTF!!!! 😂
No setie brakie
7:51 always been my understanding that flat bedders could barely drive forward!
Looks like a mountain river truck
It is. I actually work in Mt Airy but not at that company. That's a funny one, but small world at the same time.
The Blue Beacon charges $85, Ike!
4:03
Holy Cow!
Mistaken pedals?
Mash the GO pedal instead of the brake?
How much carnage can one driver do!
Just a bunch of steering wheel holders
What do you call a steering wheel holder that has NO restrictions on there license?
Some of these folks forget they dragging something behind them. They drive like they driving a small car.
I have the opposite problem. Yesterday I took up two lanes of traffic while making a right turn in my pickup, checked for my trailer, the remembered that I wasn’t pulling anything. 😂
Lemme just pull out and turn immediately.
It'll be fine...
Washing in that bucket is good. I caught a guy who spoke almost no English in the bathroom washing HIS FEET in the dang sink!
Also, my Ford is too nice to wash with nasty water. Hand-wash at home or BB for me.
Been there with a trainee just had to pull inches from a brand new truck. As ya back it away you're getting the 3rd degree for fixing a mess. Plenty of room in the parking lot just had to swing close grrr. 1st store trailer skidding the guardrail. After 15 minutes to dock in a open parking lot, hey gotta get the store deliveries done homey. Gave him a shot just open road on 495 north of Philly. Luckily back to Rochester had to say to the boss Hell no 👎👎.
made it home , the road was kinda harsh this week
Bonehead trucker's brain is mass kaos on steroids, but its ok cause it sure is entertaining.
Washing your truck with the windshield squeegee just scratches the paint off the truck and actually grinds the dirt into the surface of the paint. Adventually even the Streaking Beacon won't be able to wash it and get clean......
Too expensive! Get real
The one at the 4:00 minute mark must have come off the interstate either avoiding an accident or medical emergency.
First day are least get her information for the insurance. 🤣🤣🤣
lol at 3:33 he thought it might go back on
3rd clip: Hey ! It's like he was trying to park in that spot SIDEWAYS !!! IT SURE DOESN'T FIT
68 feet wide or 8 feet wide: your rookie choice...
ARE YOU HIS TRAINER 🗣️👹
Who needs t.v. lol.
I haven’t had a TV in more than 30 years.
TRC,your welcome by the way
For the guy washing his feet, I can attest that should you spill diesel onto your bare skin, you want to get it off right away if its enough quantity because it can and will irritate the skin. If it was bad enough, I'd use the bug juice too. Anything to get that stuff off my skin. He's only doing from his knees down, that looks like a possible fuel spill onto his feet to me.
This is crazy
Wild just wild.🤣
Just Take a little off the Side!😅 Shame on the Mess!
Fred G.Samford would be so happy
Hey Ike, you need some help, I wanna come work for you 😂😂😂 I’m ready to get out of this trucking industry, because I don’t know what type of drivers we have nowadays lol, you would think that after 24 years of driving, you want to much see something that will surprise you, but that dude that was taking a wipe off using the dirty water out of the wash bucket, that seal the deal for me 😅just when I thought taking a wipe off in the restroom was bad 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
3.55 wtf is going on 😂
And this is the reason why Buc ee's don't want truck drivers parked on their property after they see the ugly mess from underachieves truck drivers.
At the truck stop 😎
6:50 straight to jail
I once watched 2 guys wash a big dog at the fuel island at the Petro in West Memphis. Yeah, they blocked the fuel island, and it was cold. I felt bad for the dog. I hope he managed to get away and roll in some shit before they got him back in the cab.
I’m still new to the industry almost at 3 months driving solo, a little common sense goes a LONG way im telling ya…
