Hi veekshitha mam..... Need one clarification...... There is a difference between chia seeds and basil seeds and what u used is basil seeds..... Chia seeds is also called sabja seeds which can also consume without soaking.... Whereas basil must be soaked❤️
One suggestion, you need not go eat only fruits and veggies completely carb-free for dinner. You can eat your regular meal itself, but in less quantity(just like your lunch) . Don't advise audience to eat less carbs to reduce weight as you told in the video. When you do this, you'll actually lose out on energy and feel weak and fatigued. In fact tell them that they have to eat more protein in their daily diet: 1g protein/kg, so if you're 55 kgs= 55 grams of protein! This will help them keep up energy throughout the day. Moderation is important alva! Include more eggs, pulses, fish, dal in your food for protein!
