Hereford 1642 Street Walk - Full 3D - Unreal Engine, Indie RPG Historic Realism Project

We start the video on Little packers lane, the camera then swings to show Broad Street with the Queens Arms on the corner. We carry on up East Street and see a view down Church Street. We continue down the passage way and the video finishes in high town. Could this of been what a Medieval City looked like in around the year 1642? The Medieval City of Hereford is rich with Heritage that dates back nearly a thousand years. An early town charter from 1189, granted by Richard I of England, describes it as "Hereford in Wales". Hereford has been recognised as a city since time immemorial. This project uses real world references for all the buildings. Some are from Herefordshire and others where built using google maps to find old buildings. The project is made in Unreal Engine and is focused on rebuilding the city as it might have been 500 years ago.

Thanks I am one year away from completing the art work for the game. I am looking at maybe early access on steam. I will definitely have a big update available on steam this year. I wouldn't recommend downloading the demo on steam at the moment as its not representative of the project anymore.

Good work so far. Pity we didn't get closer to the castle, but nice to see Church Street.

I can do a video of castle street and the castle if you like. I have all of the cathedral building done too with the bishops palace in place. It looks nice round that area now, its all been furnished and has foliage.
