There is nothing women detest more than being ignored by men. When I walk my dog, I routinely ignore women I encounter- I don't make eye contact with them. I've had situations when an approaching woman has been looking in my direction and smiling clearly open to engaging in conversation, and I have completely ignored them. I either casually glance at my wrist watch, or I look away as though admiring a house or car that I am walking past. They soon stop smiling when you fail to acknowledge them. I have had similar experiences in the supermarket. I've noted that women will look at your shopping- they can conclude from the amount of food you have selected that you are single. I've had women look right at me and hold eye contact, I just ignore them and go on my way. Two female staff who were lazy and inept were challenged about their poor performance. They responded by making an allegation of bullying. Women seem obsessed with drama and chaos. There is an ingrained culture in the UK police of backbiting and bitching now, and it came about as a consequence of employing increasing numbers of female staff. Most supervisors are extremely wary of challenging female staff because invariably, they turn the tears on and then make bullying accusations. I run my own business now and I would never employ a woman- they just create problems.
