This bike should be perfect to travel within Mumbai. Coz the roads here are similar to offroading!
I think this bike and all bikes like these(read ADVs) are the only perfect type of bike for India because almost 90% of roads in India today are not much different from offroading. Mumbai is technically a "metro" but with a twist, you don't need to go anywhere else for offroading. Just get your bike out of your building gate and, voila, you're good to go. Premium no?
Yes! For a bicycle, I had to go with an MTB instead of roadbike because of the road conditions in Mumbai. The suspension and fat treaded tyres are a necessity 🙈

3.60L can get you an used, well maintained kawasaki ninja 650.
Which is a class apart from 390 as far as riding is concerned.
130mm ground clearance is a pain for touring
You can just get the 390 Duke, slap a tall windscreen on and use it for for touring. Why spend the extra 60k for a small increase in suspension travel and ground clearance?

Unable to select between KTM 390adv vs dominar 400 . I know that KTM has no comparison with dominar because of such wonderful features in KTM , but one negative point what I heard is the service of KTM is the worst because of which iam trying to shift to dominar . himalayan is heavy and will not give u confidence of riding at 100 kmph all day long if u r ok with riding 80-100 then go for Himalayan
