How do you download this program without any error? Just asking.

i dunno lol, when i downloaded it, it worked just fine for me (JUST IN CASE: the download is github.com/valadaptive/ntsc-rs/releases/tag/v0.7.3 and choose "ntsc_rs_windows_standalone_zip")
