That is not a good idea. The children deserve privacy and this might be just over it moraly. Would you share your childs routine with stranger in the grocery store? Internet= strangers. They are minors and can't make that choice. If my family asks me something I mostly say yes just to please them so not a good idea for teenagers.
Maybe for those that would be willing to participate. I agree, family members are entitled to their privacy. I have some family members that hate being on camera, but then I have others that want to make an appearance in every video.
I saw 2 white hens. I would be in heaven there. We had chickens at my Dad's house growing up and my stepmother used to kill turkeys and roosters and we had fresh meat.❤️
Raising chickens are hard work! My neighbor raises them and sells them. He has 5 of those big chicken houses. People don't realize just how big those houses are either, they're huge!
if you ever run out of video ideas I can guarantee you that there are those of us out here that would be happy to watch a long-form video of like body cam style footage of a full session of this whole process
So many tiny dinosaurs! 😍 Can you please show us one day when you let them out? And when they come back to roost? I bet it’s a sight to see, there are so many!
Thanks for showing us your operation. My aunt worked weighing eggs back in the 50s. I've never seen a large scale operation. Just the back yard chicken coops. When my daughter was young, she helped my friend gather eggs. She told me "They have golden eggs". We only bought white eggs in the grocery store and brown eggs were "golden".
My aunt had a large barn of chickens on their farm in eastern NC in 40s-70’s. She did everything by hand. When I helped. My favorite part was candling the eggs primarily to look for double yolk eggs. She had a weekly egg route. My first car was a huge Oldsmobile she had packed with eggs and driven around delivering eggs. She gave small eggs and double yolks to her relatives as well as her old hens. We used her compost manure in our gardens. My Dad kept all her refrigerators, heaters, etc. running. I had no idea how eggs were harvested, cleaned and cartoned today by a small operation. This was a very interesting video and brought back a lot of memories.
Some people are ruthless and jealous so petty. They think you had everything handed to you on a silver platter. They don't know that you worked hard for everything you have. Jealously will get you no where. THE BELL FAMILY ROCKS ❤❤❤!!!
Gosh this is definitely one of my favorite videos! Thank you for sharing. Your family is living our dream so I'm extremely grateful to watch progress. So cool!
I really enjoyed this video !!! I never seen the egg process before..I live in the country and always wanted a farmhouse with chickens ..love your family 💕
I throughly enjoyed this video and learning what “free range” & “cage free” eggs mean!! I like to buy those kinds of eggs at the store. I wished I could have a few chickens so I could have fresh eggs everyday! 😉 I may have missed it, but where do the chicken lay their eggs so they will come down the belt? I heard you mention “nests”, but you didn’t really point them out since you were gathering the lose eggs! The chickens were adorable following you!! Very healthy looking and so energetic! I’m new watching your videos, and I have enjoyed all I have seen. So I look forward to being a huge fan of the Bell 10 videos! 🥰💖😂
I love to see parents that have taught their kids work ethics. The difference in this family and the "Dozen" family is night and day. Great job Mom, really have done a great job at farming and supporting your family. Be blessed.
Thank you for sharing your mornings. I absolutely love eggs and here in New York, they are so EXPENSIVE that I’m actually contemplating on raising some. Our town allows 25 as the maximum. I would love to learn more about how best to care for them, what is best to feed them and how will they fair during our cold winters. Eggs are my staple for protein because there isn’t much I can eat due to ulcers.
Thanks for sharing, love seeing all those beautiful chickens and all the process of eggs from sorting to cleaning a boxing and delivering. Amazing to see and would love to see more of the farm and family. ❤😊
Good morning! Wow, this is the first time I've seen how eggs are processed and shipped. Thanks for sharing your day. Hafa adai and love from the island of Guam 🌴💕🌴
Thank you for sharing your life with us and taking the time to video/edit so we can enjoy and spend time with you and your family! I always enjoy your videos!❤
Oh my god look how beautiful you have it set up it reminds me of my grandfather when he had a farm in Puerto Rico how beautiful they look so healthy and they laid some great eggs
Omg I just love your videos of farm life, interesting how you manage farms and waking up wee hours to fetch eggs and engaging your children- love from Fiji Island ❤
Hi Heather, I am very new to your channel. I can’t get over how down to earth you are. I feel like we’d be the best of friends. I’m 49yrs. old & disabled, I’m Amy from Ohio. I would love to work with the chicks! I lost my 27yr old son 12/19/21. My 22 yr old son moved out 1/23. I’m a heartbroken empty nester. I love kids & animals. God bless you & your family. I love watching y’all. 💚🐣🐓
I would love to work in your barn with the eggs ,I love hard work like that ,you all did great work,AWESOME job, chickens love you guys I'm sure keeping them warm
I truly miss my chickens and fresh eggs but now it’s just me. Kids are grown and on their own. I would love to watch them as you let them out for the day.
My Aunt and Uncle had a dairy farm and they raised chickens and eggs . They had 2 really big Barnes like yours. Of course that was a long long time ago. I am in my mid 60s . It was a little different .. They had it set up that where the Riga’s came gently down into a trough and then to the end of the roosting area. Now I know why my aunt would only let me go so far into barn. We only go to see the once a year when we went to my grandmother’s farm . My dad would help my uncle bring in his wheat. Farm ing is hard work. People that say that the kids don’t work doesn’t know what they are talking about 😡
you should do a day in the life of each family member as a series. that would be interesting:)
