I think right now with the recession these types of videos are incredibly important! Using what you already have, getting excited about what we have used before, shopping your stash. I loved this video style and inspires me to use my own collection.
I’m watching this like a horror movie. When it came out I jumped! Put it on the face … shouting “oh no oh NO” out loud. Granted I’m home alone with a fever and I never watch scary stuff but this is HIGH DRAMA for me.
The controversy about the ND primer was the name. An indie brand that once worked with or met ND said that ND copied her brand bc ND used "skin glass" and the indie brand's whole identity throughout their line was about achieving "glass skin." ND eventually put out an apology and said they would be changing the name in the future. Idk if they really did or not.
I love ❤ when you do sponsorship’s! I love that the companies you choose to work with allow you to be yourself and not stick to a script!! It’s always so hilarious but informative! I’m finally going to download the Iris app! Your hair clips are always so cute, I’m the only person in my family and friends that hates candy corn!! I love bringing back makeup from the grave! Please do more!! It’s refreshing and the new products are great but I have a lot of the same stuff in my collection! I remember the days when you loved the Beauty Blender foundation, it was a favorite of mine! I still have it but haven’t used it in so long! I hated the packaging it was so difficult to get product out and the lock on it was so finicky the new packaging is much easier and their Skin Tint is awesome! I used to purchase the Hourglass face palettes every year! This was the first year I didn’t purchase one. Yes, please do a ranking video on all of the Hourglass face palettes! The Jaclyn Hill Accent highlighter palette is sooooo gorgeous! I still have it and it still looks beautiful! I get asked what I’m wearing every time I use that palette and her holiday toppers and lip gloss were banger products, still have them. God that highlighter still looks so amazing on you! “ it’s the only thing that woman has ever done right” 😂 YES I think we all feel that way well I do in my opinion! You look so beautiful!!! I’m so going to go through my makeup collection tonight! It will be a nice distraction from my life right now lol!! Apologies for the long comment, but damn this was a really GOOD video! Chantecaille always reminds me of sweet Mel ❤ a lot of Brands remind me of Mel. I always wonder what look’s she would be creating and what different collaborations she would’ve continued doing. I always think about Puffin and the kids. ❤❤
Theresa, you are NOT a packrat! 😂 I'm always impressed by your ability to declutter without any pushing. I can't stop thinking about how I didn't get my money's worth.
I have eyeshadow and lipstick from the 90s 😳 I still use it. It still works just fine. I love these videos. I feel the same about new makeup. I’m just kind of bored. And I have more than I could use in 6 lifetimes. I got super into it for a while and way overdid things. I pretty much stopped watching beauty content because I just don’t want more new things. I hope you keep doing these videos. So much fun. That beauty blender foundation was a godsend for the Latinos with the olive undertones. I’m a cool olive and I’m almost impossible to match. Agree about those hourglass palettes. I have 4 of them and LOVE them. Still use the tiger palette from 2020 but you are right about the bronzer. It’s always too warm. I use it to set my eye primer though and the texture is a dream to blend on.
I remember the time I was pouring the dang 'Flour' setting powder by Beauty Bakery. The cap fell off and I was covered in it. 😂😂 My bf came to see if I was ok and started laughing saying it literally looks like flour on me. 😂 My lap and vanity were covered. I said Thank you I was going for that fresh oat flour look. 😅 😊❤ This was fun going down the memory lane when Urban Decay, Lorac, Too Faced. Recently, like 5 months or so, got the Good Apple foundation balm and concealor. It is so drying. I can't find any foundation I can wear. Very oily nose and very very dry cheeks I apply my eye cream. Then blend in my concealer just apply it then. 😊❤
I really love the Naked Honey palette on your eyes! You should use it more often! Now I want to dig mine out. I always want to get the new stuff and forget about the old ones that are still good.
Not related to this video but I bought all the Singe brushes based off your review a billion years ago . I have small (and thanks to surgery) no finger overly hooded eyes . OMG they are so so so so so soft - the eye and face brushes are the perfect t size for my face ! I can’t wait to actually to use them for a full face
Pretty lady I still have my Naked Honey & I use it at least once a month. I am not a TH-cam but I have limited myself to 30 palettes so I can use a different one every day. I love my 3 UD palettes Naked Hone, Naked Ultraviolet & Born to Run. Have an awesome day😘
Great Libras think alike! I’ve been using my old KVD good apple concealer as well this month and yup, definitely a smell lol! I thought the same, is it because it’s old? Not sure! Am I still using it? Yes. lol😘❤️🥳🤡
Miss ma'am, the naked heat was the first expensive eyeshadow palette I ever bought, and LET ME TELL YOU it is still amazing in 2024. The matte formula is very buttery and buildible, and the satins are to die for when you want a fiery look that is still a little mora tradicional. I love it and highly recommend it!
@@notaninfluencer4882 I bought 2 of each palette, when Ulta was marking down all stuff…I bought it dirt cheap…I love the loose highlighter and her luminous powder…I have drawers full of stuff. Those powders were just so good.
Off topic, but you mentioned loving the Tarte blush holiday set, did you do a review? Or were you planning on doing one? I am uncooked chicken too and blush goes 16th century prostitute real quick.
I could see this being a new series..... 'Judgement Day' or 'Chopping Block' type of thing.... like a mini declutter where you take a full face of products you think are creeping close to expiration or something you feel you've moved on from and giving them one last chance.
I was white knuckling it when you were putting on that foundation! I thought at any moment you were going to start burning and breaking out! Whew! It was fun! Do more of these!!
i think this look is great! excellent shade match on the foundation and the hg palette was very flattering. my oldest palette is an UD one (xx) and it still is pigmented!
The hourglass ghost palette is still my favorite iteration and I regret that I decluttered it! 😩 The closest is this year’s snake (which of course I bought) but you are so right, the placement of the powders are so annoying!
This was fun! The overall look is gorgeous! I am really pale with a cool, pinky undertone, so I never play with bronzers. I think they are too warm for me. You and I have a very similar skin tone and pinky undertone, so I always cringe a bit when you start putting on a bronzer. But it looks good on camera. Any how, thanks for the fun video!!🤗
The controversy about the foundation was the horrible shade range. I am also of the uncooked chicken variety, so they made my shade. It was probably the one you are using. I liked it back in the day. I think it might still be in a drawer somewhere. You have inspired me to declutter it. Watching you squirt that curdled foundation on your hand and put it on your face was 🤢, but I guess you took one for the team 🤷🏻♀️. Love you as always. 😂😂😂❤
Love this video! Made me miss my Naked Honey, so I think I will dip into it for my next fall outfit ensemble after Halloween passes. Can't wait for you next resurrection!
The hourglass ghost palette is the only hourglass holiday palette I own, I haven't needed another one since because they're all so similar 😂 Waiting for the day they let us customize!!
I got married in September. A few months before I had a makeup trial with someone who used that foundation in the original packaging. I didn’t realize it was so old 🥴 Relieved I didn’t use their services on the day of.
I absolutely love these kinds of videos! My first eye primer was the UD honey primer potion and it was honestly the best eye primer I've ever had. The normal one is soooo greasy on me 😢
I am screaming "Don't use the foundation!" so loud I am sure my neighbors just heard me. Girl it came out looking like shit...seriously...ewwww.....it sounds worse than using the Honey palette that looks like a dog toy. Thank you for putting your skin at risk for who knows what for our entertainment. Love your channel and hope you have a blessed day
I had that BB foundation & that HG Ghost palette. The foundation was very heavy looking on my skin & the dispenser kept clogging. I didn't use it up but eventually tossed it. Ghost palette is right. It was soooo light & I am pale af. The bronzer gave me nothing & everything was very shiny. I used the darker blush & the finishing powder but finally tossed it after about 3 years. I don't keep makeup I don't use or like. I have eyeshadow from 2017. I think it's time to let it go now...that will hurt since it's my favorite depotted shades from all the OG Coloured Raine palettes from the Before Times. 😅
I'm still sitting on several older eyeshadow pallets. The CP Good Sport is crying out to me, the colors still perform and the last time I used it, I had no irritation (last year this time). Whaddya think, should I? 🤔
Theresa darling, why don't you do "Rudolph now" more frequently? Yes, it gives "2019" but is still very much used (lightly, of course), but it looks so cute on you. AND yes, you just rocked the mummy makeup. It looks high glam, 💯👏!
I hated the Natasha hygen. It is sticky and oily and the fragrance makes it worse some how. I tried it again because it wasn’t using it and I was like nope not using that again. I tried a sample of the good apple foundation and I had never looked worse with a foundation. We have very different taste in base products.
I was trying to figure out what that highlighter palette was, I thought it was some fancy eyeshadow or a terrible metallic lip quad lmfao never considered it was Jaclyn Cosmetics 😂
Omg Urban Decay Naked Honey Eyeshadow Palette is still one of my go-to palettes! I've never been able to afford mid-price makeup brands like Urban Decay unless there was a sale. Therefore, during COVID I was able to buy some higher price makeup at 50%-80% off and bought Naked Honey! I have strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes, so gold eyeshadow accentuates my blonde hair and makes my blue eyes pop! Definitely still a staple as well as the gold eyeshadow palette from Juvia's Place!
I have one Hourglass palette, it’s the four pan gold one from a few years ago. It’s so not cool colors but I break it out every now and again. Would it help if I bought the Hourglass brushes? 💕🐾💕💜
Is it really old if you have not worn makeup regularly since before the c-word? I got Naked Honey when it came out in fall 2019 and still consider mine new!

Theresa isn’t dead and now she’s bringing things back to life? I’m here for it.
Call her Dr. Frankenstein
Theresas undead

Damn, really?? I'm chronically online and in the beauty space, how'd I miss this 👀👀👀 ty for the tea!
Central Maryland Garbage Chipmunk reporting for duty. This is one of my favorite monikers 💖😊🍂. Still keeping you in my thoughts 😊
Love bringing back makeup from the grave! More please!

maybe a future edition of the video in December with holiday products from years' past?
It’s like taking a walk in a Night at the Makeup Museum…definitely some fossils in here.
I think I might be the friend who thinks anything sparkly is great :*(
😂🖤
Hii, I'm the problem, it's me. ✨ 😂 ✨
I enjoy this series so much. Love anything using ‘old’ makeup!
Me TOO @julieann19 I love using my old makeup!!! I’m definitely going through my collection tonight!!! ☺️
I still have the Ghost palette. I’m gonna crack that open again. Great video!
I really love the Naked Honey palette on your eyes! You should use it more often! Now I want to dig mine out. I always want to get the new stuff and forget about the old ones that are still good.

Hourglass Ghost is actually my fav face palette =)
I love videos like these especially when it’s products that were big at the time
I remember the days when you were really into the Beauty Blender foundation and the Jaq highlighter palette! :D
This look turned out cute! the highlighted nose! Reminds me of Lacie from Spooky Lips and Fat Hips, she loved a nose highlight.
Got to tell Iris to get on that play store for us Samsung users😢
Great Libras think alike! I’ve been using my old KVD good apple concealer as well this month and yup, definitely a smell lol! I thought the same, is it because it’s old? Not sure! Am I still using it? Yes. lol😘❤️🥳🤡
I love going through the shadows and pic the best!! naked honey is iconic!!
I am in love with that eye look on you!

The foundation and concealer were concerning but everything else I’d totally use. Love this series!
I have to admitted it…but JH made some freaking good highlighters. ✨✨✨
Facts
I still have that palette too and it’s so pretty!
They looked beautiful, I just couldn't support Jaclyn Hill.
@@notaninfluencer4882 I bought 2 of each palette, when Ulta was marking down all stuff…I bought it dirt cheap…I love the loose highlighter and her luminous powder…I have drawers full of stuff. Those powders were just so good.
Not the palettes, I bought them when they came out. I mean the loose powders.
Off topic, but you mentioned loving the Tarte blush holiday set, did you do a review? Or were you planning on doing one? I am uncooked chicken too and blush goes 16th century prostitute real quick.

I like Judgement Day
I feel like we are on the cusp of seeing Teresa do a rolling Project 10 Pan and I am so here for that
I'm loving this series you're doing, love seeing old makeup from the past xx
I was white knuckling it when you were putting on that foundation! I thought at any moment you were going to start burning and breaking out! Whew! It was fun! Do more of these!!
Ah, you had the quest for yellow.
Thank you for telling us where you get your hair clips all of them are adorable.
i think this look is great! excellent shade match on the foundation and the hg palette was very flattering. my oldest palette is an UD one (xx) and it still is pigmented!
That beauty blender foundation is good. I used it for years.
Candy corn mixed with peanuts, so yummy! Maybe one candy corn and two peanuts? Tastes like a salted nut roll.
The hourglass ghost palette is still my favorite iteration and I regret that I decluttered it! 😩 The closest is this year’s snake (which of course I bought) but you are so right, the placement of the powders are so annoying!

I have EIGHT hourglass palettes, and the one you used today is my favorite! I wish I has a backup
Love this video! Made me miss my Naked Honey, so I think I will dip into it for my next fall outfit ensemble after Halloween passes. Can't wait for you next resurrection!
Hi Theresa love this series, your complexion looks pretty!
JC flash/flare was chef's 💋
The hourglass ghost palette is the only hourglass holiday palette I own, I haven't needed another one since because they're all so similar 😂
Waiting for the day they let us customize!!
I got married in September. A few months before I had a makeup trial with someone who used that foundation in the original packaging. I didn’t realize it was so old 🥴 Relieved I didn’t use their services on the day of.
I love this series!!! ❤❤❤
it really is spooky season with that foundation.... hope filming this video didn't break you out, but it was fun to watch! such a throwback
Despite the gimmick, the bounce foundation was great! Long lasting and a decent shade match for us pale cool toned girlies
Theresa at @4:33 I ducked thinking that phone insert was going to fall onto my face.
My most treasured old makeup we can't get anymore is all the BH Cosmetics palettes from their heyday. So sad they went bankrupt!
I absolutely love these kinds of videos! My first eye primer was the UD honey primer potion and it was honestly the best eye primer I've ever had. The normal one is soooo greasy on me 😢
Lol. I bought the Jaclyn highlight palette long ago because of your video!! I agree, it's the best I own!! You look fantastic!! Love the look!!
Gosh darn it! I miss my Naked Honey. 😭 I had to downsize when I was moving internationally back to Aus, and I regret decluttering so many palettes.
more videos like these please!!!
You just mentioning the movie Powder……freakin me out because I just thought of that movie last night after not one thought in…what…..20+ years! 🤯
Try the urban decay primer in the eden shade. Cancels out any veins and stuff while also priming. Works on my super pale skin.
Naked Honey- Theresa made me buy it! I lost my job in May and it’s been fun using what I have 🎉
I am screaming "Don't use the foundation!" so loud I am sure my neighbors just heard me. Girl it came out looking like shit...seriously...ewwww.....it sounds worse than using the Honey palette that looks like a dog toy. Thank you for putting your skin at risk for who knows what for our entertainment. Love your channel and hope you have a blessed day
I have the UD palette too and haven't used it in ages. I need to bring that one out. I really enjoy these vids/need to shop my stash!
You ALMOST made me buy the JH highlight palette ... but my hatred for her inched over your recommendation. LOL.
I got into beauty YT at the tail end of the highlighter nose era. Took me right back!
Ngl I love the Jaclyn loose highlighting powder. I baby it because I can’t let it go
Love this video series 🤍
I love this video idea!!! Some days when I don’t have anything of substance going on I’ll grab a whole face out of my, ”on time out” drawer.
I had that BB foundation & that HG Ghost palette. The foundation was very heavy looking on my skin & the dispenser kept clogging. I didn't use it up but eventually tossed it. Ghost palette is right. I used my Anastasia palette from 2017 a few weeks ago and it was alright 😊😂
You’ll have to compare the Jaclyn highlighter to the fenty
We love candy corn yayyyyy 😂😂😂😂
The People are going to be calling for the recently changed Givenchy powder to be changed straight back to the OG recipe….
I saw that foundation and wanted to tell you “do NOT put that on your face please!!!!” The horror😮
I have the Jaclyn palette and I love it
Love this video
I miss the old formula for the BareMinerals foundation so much 😭 Both of the new formulas suuuuck
I miss that goddamn Philosophy "Hope in a Jar" tinted moisturizer. That shit was 💯 and then they ripped it away from me.
Theresa darling, why don't you do "Rudolph now" more frequently? Yes, it gives "2019" but is still very much used (lightly, of course), but it looks so cute on you. AND yes, you just rocked the mummy makeup. It looks high glam, 💯👏!
Naked honey...I used to love that.... 'dig's in the neglected palette drawer....'
Omg great minds think alike! I did this on my channel too!❤
that foundation pump sounded like a blocked ketchup bottle!
I hated the Natasha hygen. It is sticky and oily and the fragrance makes it worse some how. I tried it again because it wasn’t using it and I was like nope not using that again. I tried a sample of the good apple foundation and I had never looked worse with a foundation. We have very different taste in base products.
one of your best shows, görl, gives life (death :))
Fuck i wanted that ghost palette so bad 😂😂😂
I also have very old makeup. Some might be almost a decade old…😳
I have one Hourglass palette, it’s the four pan gold one from a few years ago. It’s so not cool colors but I break it out every now and again. Would it help if I bought the Hourglass brushes? 💕🐾💕💜
But the demon in me wants you to have the naked heat palette 😈😈😈😈
Could you compare Naked Honey & Natasha Denona Gold/I Need a Warm? Pleeeease?
Maybe an “Is this really all that new?”
Do u still have the Urban Decay Cyber palette? I never bought it but I was obsessed with it 😅
Was such a good eye palette. I may have use it tomorrow 💛🧡🤎
Is it really old if you have not worn makeup regularly since before the c-word? I got Naked Honey when it came out in fall 2019 and still consider mine new!
Love Toni on your chin pop it
I had that foundation because it was on sale 😂 id gladly throw that away. I didnt like it.
❤️❤️❤️
Why is Iris only for iPhones? I wanna play😔🤣🤣🤣
Whew some of that shit is really old ☠️
I still have and use my Naked Honey palette. The quality is great, nothing bad happened to it over the years.
My collection is big, because I basically don’t declutter. But I do think twice before buying new stuff.
The only things I throw out are foundations and lip glosses, because they tend to get weird and icky after a while.
💜💜💖
