Nice to get a chance to say hello this morning Rich. Really enjoy your videos of the different parkruns. Denton Dene parkrun was very friendly, with lots of encouragement from the volunteers and it is definitely tougher up and down those hills than I expected. Good luck with your parkruns and other events in 2025 and I look forward to seeing more videos 😁
@@francislowes1261 thank you, it was great seeing you too. It is a tough route but lovely. Volunteers are fab! Look forward to bumping into you again soon
Great stuff, well done Rich and Paula. I ran at Riverside on NYD, my first since 2nd November so it was a modest time but it was a revised course due to the river overflow so it was 5.2k. Flatter and quite interesting actually. Look forwa4d to more content from you this year, particularly on seeing how much you improve your PR PBs. Sub 24 easily. Happy New Year Year to you and Paula 🙂
@@DeeJay_78 Thank you, Happy New Year to you too. We did Riverside last Saturday and it was great. I heard about the revised route. I did sneak under 24 at Fountains Abbey in the summer (23:57) so the aim this year is to head towards 23 minutes. We'll see. Good to hear you're back running again, you'll be flying in no time

I did a new year's day Parkrun today in 00:24:36 which isn't bad considering I stayed up until half past midnight.
@mathscalendarstimeandcomedy That's a great time, well done. We stayed up a little later than that mind!
Well done would you do it again
@@Clairewy absolutely, a lovely event
