- For the first-time ever Kubota High Limit Racing visits the Empire State with a stop at Outlaw Speedway on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
Tyler Courtney comes to Dundee, New York after capturing the HLR win on Monday at Kokomo Speedway, narrowing the point lead to 31 points behind Brad Sweet.

It's not as bad on the track because the dust flies outward.
1:19 look at the infield shot from turn 3, very clear. Then cuts to tower camera Sweet entering turn 4 in a cloud of dust

It's rained here a ton. Track was admittedly extra dusty but that's pretty much every track here most of the time.
doesnt have to do with lack of water. it's the New York dirt. doesnt hold moisture very well. most tracks are very dusty in thei region.

I loved watching a dust storm on Flo. And since flo is involved with promoting the high limit series you should be able to explain the crap show that went on at the scale after the race. Or maybe I didn’t see what I saw.
If yall think this is dusty, go to the world finals in Charlotte
Or go to Wayne County in Ohio
or go sit in the "Sand Box" at Eldora.
@@RedroomStudios I always sit high in turn 3 at Eldora. Almost always no issues with dust.
Brad Sweet has been the master of winning points championships since he won 5 straight World of Outlaws points championships and it looks like he will win this year's High Limit points series championship. But something that he hasn't won in the last 4 years is the most money earned because he isn't winning these big mega money races. In 2020 and 2021, Kyle Larson earned the most money for 410 drivers. In 2022 it was Brent Marks as the leading money winner, especially with his big week at Eldora that year earning $275,000 in 2 races. Last year Logan Schuchart was the leading money winner all from just one race for over 1 million. Brad Sweet is currently the leading money winner in the country but that could change next week at Port Royal Speedway with $75,000 to win for the Bob Weikert Memorial race. Plus we have many big money races to come with, the Kings Royal, the Knoxville Nationals, the Williams Grove National Open, Tuscarora 50 at Port Royal and other races. Brad Sweet will probably win the points title but he might not be the leading money winner for the 5th straight year if other drivers win these big money races that have yet to come but starts soon like next Sunday at Port Royal Speedway.

Never again will I go to that dump!!! Dirt racing is one thing but having to put up with that dust is terrible. I did go to the infield for the feature so I could see, glad I did. Another thing, when did they let them sell beer in the pits?

Just saying they make water trucks and rototillers and sheep's foot rollers for a reason 🙄. Clearly they don't know how to prep a track at all. You don't see these issues when the track was properly watered n taken care of
This is what most every NY track looks like. It's the clay compound not track prep. Especially a double bill with big blocks. Utica Rome will look the same but it's a very cool layout and fun track.

Whats the point in watching when you know Brad Sweet is going to win
all other drivers and teams can have access to pretty much the same equipment and HP just depends how good you and your team are consistently like brad has been lately. you just need to barrack for 2nd & 3rd place and you will be ok.
Track Prep = Trash
Stands were packed. Race was great. Dust wasn't nearly as bad as it seems. Things aren't always as they look on TV.

its the clay it sucks years ago canandaigua brought up some red clay from the south it helped for a few years ,, rolling wheels has the fastest Wwo track time but thats been closed for eight years now .. sucks!!!

na, the camera guy had the hardest job. trust me, I did video of dirt track racing for 6 years. trying to see cars through dust on a tiny 3 inch screen is almost impossible.

WOO has High Limit beat competitive racing. Floracing lost out stopped watching High Limit Sprints.

I prefer WoO but they have some great talent here in the High Limit series! Nothing like some 410 action.

not really a problem for the drivers. look at the turn 3 camera shot. the air is actually fairly clear. the problem here is the camera is in turn 1 and to see all the way to turn 3 & 4 it has to look through the full length of the track through all the dust which is illuminated by the lighting. the drivers arent looking through what the camera is.

@@marcnelson2645 I despise Brad Sweet but they definitely weighed him because the commentator said he's on the scales waiting for the fist bump from Nouse indicating the win and I thought that was pretty hokey. They didn't weigh the modified winner though. I thought that was weird.
