Every Chanel make it look so easy and simple but nobody explain how to do it the child doesn’t stay in bed, cry while running out of the run and completely refuse to stay on bed
It isn't easy but the key is consistency. I find its easiest if the baby is in his crib in HIS room. I would put them to bed after reading a book and pat their backs then leave. I would go back every 5 or 10 minutes and then longer and longer. I put up a child gate at their door so they couldn't get out to get back in my bed. I held that boundary. If they got out of bed I would go back in and put them back without talking at all. I kept doing it (one night over 30 times) until they stayed in their bed. The older they get the harder it is so I recommend doing it earlier than later. The key is consistency and holding that boundary.
