Finally started playing it today and absolutely loved it. This was my first supergiant game and I can definitely see why they have such a great reputation. Everything from music, art style, gameplay, voice acting (which I found later is first time for any of their game so far) was excellent. 🙌

to me, the extra little piano keys make it sound, sparkly? I guess? but the rest of the song sounds dreary and filled with despair, so all in all, it really represents the house of hades itself. beautiful and lavish, yet sad and desolate at the same time.

I'm not sure if I've heard the second half of this track in game. I love the dynamic music, but maybe they should make it so, after a certain point of progression, the music doesn't stop after clearing enemies in the first few rooms of Tartarus. You go through those rooms pretty quickly once you have enough power and experience, and the music starts\stops a bit too often as a result.
Ok even though Smash comes out today I may have to get this. Transistor is one of my favorite games and this is one of my favorite genres. I usually don't care for early access but this may be worth it.
My only complain with this song is that there is no extended version of the theme used when you get your first boon in a run, is basically this part (1:11) but without the guitar.

I don't think anyone enjoys both Hades and Dave Matthews Band, but this track has an unmistakably similar part to the song Tripping Billies. I'm not saying they copied anything, but I am reminded of DMB and the awkward 90s each time I hear this track. Great game though!
They say expected to ba a year and half from the intial launch (which I assume they mean this early access in Epic Games platform) They'll release the full 100% game in variety after they finish with the early access period, so I guess if you want to support as fast as you can, the only option now is via Epic Games. You can check more information in their site. (I already bought it btw, not that hard to adapt to the new place, and I have my belief in Supergiant Games :)

This is the First rogue like that nails a decent Story while not abandoning the most important parts of a roguelike: grind and failure
They even incorporated it to the lore and theme.
