This is the song that Darren Korb said "set the tone" for the rest of the soundtrack much like "Old Friends" did for Transistor, and I have to agree! He really nailed the creative aesthetic they were going for with Hades and this has quickly become one of my favorite tracks, too!
There's just nothing quite like the DROP in this. First time I was fighting Megaera and the DROP happened I just knew I had to win. Luckily I had explosive arrows on coronacht that day.

I want you guys to know, I bought the game the day it hit Steam because of this song. I had it stuck in my head for about five months, and figured if the OST was this good, the game would be good too. Thirty hours of playtime later, and it was definitely money well spent. EDIT: Just played the full 1.0 release for the first time and wanted to personally praise the decision to make this Meg's boss battle theme so I can actually listen to it for more than 30 seconds.

Me and my friends had a big dnd fight to this music as we were the four of us cutting our way through a big occupying force of orcs to save a dwarven stronghold. We imagined our bard strumming his lute to the actual tune of the song as my paladin smited and tanked mightily blows, the warlock ripped, tore and twisted with dark magic and our sorcerer rained fireballs and lightning bolts from on high. One of my favorite sessions of a great campaign we never got to finish sadly.
Beating a boss to this song always felt sick. It doesn't matter to me that I've killed the furies thirty times, that ending note always makes me go "HELL YEAH, WE DID IT BOYS WOOOO!"
I’m late to the party: I only downloaded Hades about two weeks ago. As of writing this, I’ve attempted to escape 49 times, and actually made it out 8 or 9 times. The soundtrack here is immaculate. Easily a top-5 OST.
