Fathers it’s too late for me but loved this episode 1-yes to small-4 of us in a chapel bride groom mom and son those truly important and happy for us; following month Baltimore Dallas Virginia for family/friend parties; months later honeymoon Hawaii 2. Lack of form of my husband’s first marriage accelerated the annulment process 3 yes to Polish traditions-19 years later that day is a beautiful memory God bless! Monica
Also, take a good NFP class! It was frustrating not knowing that there were different methods beyond the sympto-thermal class our parish offered. I'm glad that we were able to find Marquette before our wedding!
Long term sacristan, so, of course I have a quibble. Confession before or after the rehearsal should be scheduled as an option. We also have Adoration on Friday and Saturday and encourage the "day of" schedule to include a 30 minute/holy half hour to review the prayers of the rite one last time.
Is there anything that can be done to make the non-Catholic partner more comfortable? I know that marrying outside of the rigid prescription set forth by the Catholic Church opens the Catholic partner up to micro aggressions and small rejections such as not being able to take communion and the marriage being perceived as invalid. However all the rigid ritualism makes me want to cry or have a panic attack. Help?

If the gropm is not Catholic, do we need to do a full Mass?

no, you do not have to if one of you is not Catholic.

Holding the reception a month or so after the very intimate wedding ceremony is brilliant, imho
