A new Helen vlog! 🎉 Thank you, wholeheartedly, for all the time and effort you put into your videos. Sometimes I can't believe we get to take inspiration from you FOR FREE?! Your creativity is such a blessing to us. Big love!
I absolutely love your vlogs and have done for years! thanks for continuing to make them. they cheer me up so much - especially at Christmas. thank you xx
I am learning more about myself through your vlogs, a simple 5 minute job can turn into an hour if i see something else that needs doing, it cannot wait i have to do it then and there! Aww 'i hate in a minute' me too, me too. The house looks fab hope you both have an amazing Christmas. xx
I really love how you decorated for the holidays! I also love lots of cool lighting and nature elements so I'm bias haha. You don't have to, but you can spray the dried floral with a UV preserving spray as an extra measure to keep it from fading over the years. Also it can help a little with shedding. If you ever need to dust it use a blow dryer on cool/low to gently fluff things. I have a small business making dried floral wreaths so I wanted to share what has worked for me!
I love your vlogs. The way you talk about your ADHD always makes me laugh and is so relatable. Sometimes seeing someone else going though the same ADHD moment as I have, makes me feel less alone in it all. Also, Helen please tell me where you got your chunky silver crystal necklace from. I'm in love with it and need it in my life!
Helen! Love your vlogs, love your energy! I’m just watching, and I wanted to say - I also experience the difficulty sleeping/racing & repetitive thoughts late at night the days before my cycle starts as well! & I am always extremely hot & waking up sweaty. Depending on the month and how tired I am, sometimes I manage without the racing thoughts, but I also sleep 10-12 hours because of how exhausted I am. Definitely hormone related in some way. I believe I have PMDD, which these symptoms fit within, and I take an SNRI. Anyways - just wanted to say you aren’t alone!!
how you explained about crocheting before bed, I have anxiety and ADHD and I get the same feeling, worrying in my sleep how to do the stiches, its so weird 😂😂
I get the racing repetitive thoughts too when trying to wind down to sleep. It happened most recently with gift wrapping. I was mentally folding edges and working out if there was a better way to do it. I assumed it happened with things I was hyper-fixating on. It does become a pain when you can’t sleep because of it 😔
Omg I get the same repetitive thoughts at night too when I crochet and when I lie in bed I’m doing the crochet motion in my head constantly. I’m autistic so I thought it was a neurodivergent thing 🤣
Helen, just a heads up, youre supposed to soak the mossin water, wring it out, then attach it to the base as it is meant to help the foliage last longer. Akso, im not sure of your age but have you looked into peri menopause with regards to your symptoms at night? As a fellow ADHDer (with added autism) thats how my symptoms began.
A good eye make up remover for sensitive eyes is just baby oil. Takes of everything and is super gentle so you’re eyes will be as smooth as a babies bottom 😂
with the sleep thing I think it does have something to do with the menstrual cycle because I have the same for a few days each month - especially paired with getting too hot - something to do with da hormones 🥲

@ I’m not making fun of you guys it’s just funny to me, britsh people have my favourite accent as a Canadian. (I’m Canadian)
I’ve been making a cross stitch project for my mum for christmas. While falling asleep i’ve been doing a cross stitch motion in my head 😵💫
Oh god it’s annoying isn’t it 🤣
Love the vlogs Helen ❤ hate to be the annoying person but where is your chain with the crystal from? 🧚♀️

20:01 Aren't you too old for sunglasses of crazy colors/shapes/sizes?
no, she isn’t.
Aren't you too old to leave comments like this?
Would you say that to Elton?!!
