You know that I’ve been watching your channel since a little after you started and I still can’t believe the Ridiculous prices on these houses. It’s Definitely because of location,Location and LOCATION. Of all these houses that you shared with us the last house actually felt like a home 🏡.
Even if I could buy one of those I’m not sure if I would really like to put so much money into one place. But then again if I could afford to buy one of these , I would probably be able to buy other homes around the Country. Well until then if you keep putting out your videos I’ll keep watching them.
Oh how I miss Santa Barbara BUT I feel like Santa Barbara misses me more.

All good. The rain was spread out over a few days, so no major flooding or incidences little landslides here and there that were easy enough to clear away in a day I was in my car during the earthquake and barely felt it. It felt like wind blowing the car very lightly.
The Holiday Hill property was really nice - loved the views from the garden. You didn't get any mudslides like in LA during the storm?
No, we had steady rain, but it came down at a rate that most areas handled without much of a problem. A few small slides here and there but nothing that caused any significant damage. We got dodged a bullet with the bulk of it not coming to our area and sliding south towards LA and Long Beach.
second condo one bath killed the deal for me, if its only one person great but two or more need a second bathroom, IMO.
Yeah there must be a way to get BA2 in that place.
🙏 PLEASE. PLEASE, PLEASE 🥺... UPGRADE YOUR CAMERA EQUIPMENT,, the videos SWIM/DISORIENT when you swing they back & forth, loss of details.. enjoy your videos but this one improvement would really up your presentations 👍
I am considering it, but I really don’t want to mess with my workflow and upgrading my phone to the new iPhone 15 is always such a pain. Also, like the discreetness of holding my phone as opposed to a camera when I’m going through the properties.
