    FOR THE BROTH: shrimp carapace
    1 celery stalk
    2 carrots
    1 tomato
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 Tropea onion
    parsley (to taste)

    FOR THE RISOTTO: 300g risotto rice
    5 Argentine shrimp
    1 ripe avocado
    half a Tropea onion
    30g parmesan cheese
    40g butter (20g for the shrimp 20g for the onion)
    2 chopped parsley and basil leaves
    salt and pepper
