@@md.azizulhoque1263 salam ill try to keep it succinct. i studied history and world religion for many years for my comic book and still do. i realized on my own their is a highest absolute uncreated creator that is necessary and perfect. it was an intense realization i didnt want to accept an uncreated creator was the most logical explanation for existence if you can look past the scientism we are brainwashed with in uni. A few seconds after that i try to get my mind off it by returning to my studies for my comic book, i was studying Jinn/Genies at the time and thought what better place to research about Jinn then in the quran. i went to a random chapter and came across surah ikhlas, it was so logical and clear and beautiful it hit me like a truck and freaked me the heck out. i put the quran away for about a month because i knew if i kept reading i would become a muslim, but something in me said if i deny what i just realized and read i would be amongst those who deny the truth for my petty convinience. for that month i could not focus on any of my work, it was like the quran was calling me to read it everyday. i would be up at 3am reading the quran in my car asking questions to myself and getting the answers immideatly from the quran. It was very intense and i couldnt stop reading and i dont really read books if its not a comic book tbh. Even with all this i was still reluctant to accept Islam even though it made sense. You see most of my friends were anti-religion but not on the same level as i was. Back then id actively find religious ppl to debate for sport and i even named my cat satan as a joke to troll my christian vetrenarian so hed have to say his name whenever id get a check up for my cat. But subhanallah i found all of that was like a weak spiderweb that god just cleared as i read the quran and studied the last prophet sincerely. Yet their was still this reluctantcy to accept Islam, so i assumed the most humiliating position for the Ego, Sajda, and asked God to show me the truth no matter what it is. A week later i took my shahada alhamdillah.
Gotta love the serendipitous coincidences in dawah: Ataiesm vs. atheism 😁 Just joking! The humanity does not need any more -isms, only Allah's mercy and guidance, Islam. Most of these atheist scientists are doing ridiculous mental gymnastics to point to ANYTHING beside God : An eternal universe, an autonomous self-creating nature, a metaverse, a matrix, sollipsism, aliens, utter randomness, nothingness, etc. No one is blinder than the one that refuses to see. I used to struggle with this question in my youth but I don’t even need to ask this question anymore. I KNOW god exists just like I know the sun exists. I can’t prove to anyone else that the sun exists even if it’s shining outside and you can see it right infront of you. A denier can always deny what’s infront of him. They have no shame. So I basically just believe on my own and I know that God exists. The proof is there in our hearts and in creation but you can’t prove anything to a denier. A denier will always be a denier. Don’t try to convince them because it’s a futile job. Just let them be and Allah guides who he wants.

I've listened to 3 of these men for years when I was an atheist. They actually have no arguments. Sam Harris' understanding of religious Scriptures is very poor. It's as if he never read them. Hitchens is highly articulate and charismatic when he speaks. The best orator of our time. However, once you get past this skill, his entire argument is based on morality. The problem, as a materialist, he can't make moral judgments, let alone moral condemnations. Dawkins is just an arrogant prick who thinks he is smarter than everyone else. Dennett, I have not listened to.

Thanks brother Paul for this video of my most favourite of your guests👍 I think that the moral approach to the question of 'Does God exist?' is nonsensical because ontological conclusions aren't proven or disproven according to their ethical implications, in other words: things don't come into being and get out of it according to how good or bad they are, there's a lot of immoral, evil and harmful stuff in the world yet they're all real. So in order to answer the aforementioned question we should search for evidence of God's existence, the topic of whether God wants us to love or hate each other is irrelevant.
To avoid the numerous interruptions requiring interaction with the commercials, you can watch the same lecture posted two weeks ago on the MCC East Bay channel.
They say, "If God shows himself, I'll believe him," and I usually respond with, "But I don't believe you." Why? Because in the past, there were humans called prophets, bending the laws of physics in front of the crowd, and few of them believed it. Prophet Ibrahim is the best example. He came out of a fire that would logically kill him instantly, and how many people believed him afterwards from the entire population of Babylon who witnessed that? So in order to answer the aforementioned question we should search for evidence of God's existence, the topic of whether God wants us to love or hate each other is irrelevant.
