Bailey Hanks got the lead on Broadway. Autumn Hurlburt got the understudy part on Bway. Lauren Zakrin got to be understudy on the Tour, but when Becky Gulsvig (Tour Lead) was injured, Laura Bell Bundy (Original Bway lead) stepped in a did 6 performances a week & Lauren Z. did 2 performances a week as lead until Becky came back after a month. Rhiannon Hansen got to be Margot on the tour and got to understudy Elle. Hope that helps! (^-^)

But while a few of them had success on Broadway & in national tours (Lauren Zakrin has had huge success in theater; Natalie Lander has been working non-stop on TV), for most of them this reality show is still the biggest thing they've ever done, especially since Legally Blonde closed 3 months after Bailey took over as Elle. This was Bailey's only role in NY, much less on Broadway. Though she stayed & auditioned for everything after the show closed, eventually she returned to her home town & became a hairdresser.
Fun to watch this several years down the road. So glad to have met six of these ten finalists in person since the "Search" series aired, all not only talented, but very nice people as well.

And was also on Broadway in the show Rock of Ages playing Sherrie. And she's also going to be in a new Broadway show that's opening soon called Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812, so yeah Lauren is doing a lot.

I saw "My Favorite Year" on Broadway. Lanie Kazan, Tim Curry, Josh Mostel, Andrea Martin, and Katie Finneran were all in it, amonf others. If nobody you know has heard of "My Favorite Year," you need to meet people who know much more about theater than the people at your school.
I reckon she got paid to add drama. Sometimes they have agents that help them get into reality shows and stuff and this might have been one of those situations.
