Keep ‘Em Coming! - We Dug Up Incredible Things Metal Detecting This Old 1740’s Estate!

- Last week we were metal detecting the back of this colonial era estate where old stone ruins from the early settlers are still standing. We were finding sporadic old coins, relics, and everyday items from 100 plus years ago but they are few and far between. This week we moved to the front yard of this old farmhouse and we quickly found where the majority of the activity must have been back in the day. Find after find started pouring from the ground including scarce coins, silver relics, unique old tokens, cool century old kids toys, and so much more. Wait until you see all the incredible things that were found at this amazing and beautiful property!

Love the banter! Nothing like finding good stuff and having great fellowship.
Even over here in England very few George IV coins are found he reigned only for 10 years 1820 - 1830. 😀. I don't have many in my metal detecting collection. 😊. but I also collect coins and have quite a few from his reign. 🙂.
Rich takes the day on this one! I love the "cut to's" clips. Keep em coming
Some really great finds, I really the motorcycle racer, that was super cool, Congrats guys on all the great finds.
Doug's at home playing with his Barclay now.

Interesting timing finding that Masonic piece, the sun symbolism is also affiliated with the Masons. “When humanity learns the language of symbolism a great veil will be lifted from their eyes” ~ Manly P. Hall And- To be sure you guys retrieved other cool finds on this property. Fun!
I almost choked on my lunch laughing at the Nixum sign...that was hilarious!!!
First! Keep em comin' boys! That Masonic token is so cool! You can find guides to decipher the letters and symbols online.
💥💥💥💥Tokens: The first was was Great!!! The second token is epic!!!!
Y'all are straight up killing it! Totally awesome finds. Something i wanted to let y'all know is that in the early days of Morris code; those tappers had palladium contact points on them. A friend found one out here in AZ and that's how we know. Keep-em coming. Peace!
You guys rock and love the humor in the videos! I'm a beginner at detecting and really enjoy watching you guys. 🙂

Super great digs fellas. Go back again if you can. Happy swingin 👍😘
Excellent finds guys keep up the good work and happy hunting
Nice job with the wheat penny haul. Wish some of the 288 Pennie’s I pulled out of one field over a few videos would have been wheats or Indian. Thanks for sharing
Doug, I saw that,, great flick!!!
Great hunt guys, great finds really enjoyed the video. 🇺🇸
Great finds. Thanks for sharing.
The Indian racing movie was excellent, I agree.
Seen it too🎉
That was fun !
Great hunt! The toy soldier made with iron was probably by the Grey Iron company. Still in business today, though they only occasionally turn out toy soldiers, and they are not as well done, because they can't get the right sand for casting any more.
I like the token, but love, love, love the motorcycle with rider! My husband and I rode Harleys for years, I still love bikes! Rich I feel your pain, I found 2 lead soldiers in the same hole and had hit them both, I was sick to say the least. What an awesome place, finds, hunt and friends!
Thanks Bells. Doug’s motorcycle was my favorite of the day too. I actually stopped detecting for 20mins just to clean it up.
What an awesome day , great digs guys ! Thanks for sharing
A ring around the Rosies....LMAO Jason...good one.
@dogtagdoug that was one of the best movies! Watched it many times!
Nice old flower ring and the telegraph key
Finding rings are special
Another great video...thanks guys for sharing with us!!
I love finding Wheatley’s and Indians I mean we all like silver but I love them wheats I get exited just over wheat pennys I find the old ones the big ones once in a while I’ve only found five old large cents in my entire career of detecting I enjoy the large cents the oldest I’ve ever found is 1835 and 1837 .
That Masonic token is awesome. I have found a similar one at a house dating to 1740 as well, although mine wasn't from PA.
I almost like tokens more than coins, except for silvers
@@digginwithdude me too
Charley just may be the busiest detectorist on TH-cam. I see him in Pa, NJ, Del and Md.
Great video and great finds! You guys search the way I do I think, good slower walking swings of the coil to catch the deep good targets. I've been watching several beach walking searches in California and a few in Florida that are covering ground so fast it just blows me away. I'm land locked in Missouri so Igo slow and steady using a AT Max. I know most of the beach detectorists are hoping for recent drops of rings and such but, it drives me crazy to see someone walking fast and swinging fast. I can only imagine the missed targets.
Up here in eastern ontario I found an 1825 farthing a few years back
I have found a KG IV which is a nickel size. Mine had a nice green patina
You guys are great. Thanks.
Holy cow. Amazing finds
Great finds that ring looks like jade.
The airplane, etc on the token means progress.
wow this week you guys hit it good ..Great hunt
Great finds Guys what a day of digging
A Scientist's Shop. A Bunsen Burner beneath a Flask and Test Tubes. They sure did fit every man-made product from the Horse and Carriage through Streamlining Aerodynamic of Trains, Plains and Automobiles! HA! I'm more curious about the company now! Nice Tip-O-The-Hat to Last Indian! Fantastic true story! Board Track Racing, Rich - 'Murderdromes'. Barclay lead toy (Soldier? on a) Motorcycle. Asking price for one on Ebay is US $45.00. Nice find! That King George IV was awesome!!! Great dig all around Excellent content!
@@dogtagdoug6751 You're most welcome, fine sir! High regards!
Love the silver and turquoise ring! Looks like a floral design 😍. Also love the Barclay motorcycle. They are worth good money!
Saludos desde Chicago excelente vídeo piezas muy ermosa s felicidades 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
You guys are the best! Thanks for these
It is a great movie staring the world famous Anthony Hopkins and yes it’s world famous!!
Love your videos :) super glad you got rid of where goes the logo. Watching your old videos and it interrupts all the action.
Nice hunt and finds Congrats Guys 👊
Thanks for sharing. Great finds👌🏻
love the motorcycle, cool.
Great hunt could've the motorcycle be part of a trophy
Awesome video as always congrats on the ring an the small figure’s
Tricky Rich with that old farthing nice find Rich
Wow. In all of the British channels I've seen, nary a George IV.
Awesome hunt guys thank you for sharing 👍👍❤️
When I was little you could get 4 sweets ( black jacks or fruit salads) for an old British penny and I could buy one sweet for a farthing (still legal tender in 1961). I was ten by then but I remember using them, the last ones minted had UKs smallest bird on the obverse, a Jenny Wren.😮
Wow, you could still buy a candy for 1/4cent. How times have changed
Movie with Anthony Hopkins and the country where that fellow was from was New Zealand.
I love those relics. On the Masonic token. the un-dug example clearly showed a 1914 date beneath the keystone, so it can't be any older than that. Like your title says Keep 'em coming!
Just love your vids!!
Great video, great finds
Awesome finds for everyone
