12:10 - 07 - Customize a Brush For Cutting Out Fur - Massive thank you from me. this step takes practice but the results are amazing. i love it and teaches you not to rely heavily on AI in the adobe photoshop. this is my go to option for very difficult fur and hair. thank you so much ❤❤👍👍
What I love about your channel is to convey information without condescension. For someone who is a novice PS user, this is great. What can I say about my favourite part? Everything. This video will be on repeat for a while. Keep up the good work!
JR, you are THE czar on all things photoshop. I like your simple down to earth and practical approach. I would love to see how you would approach customizing a car. Grabbing a body kit and assembilng it to an old abandoned truck thereby restoring it. I'm sure us car enthusiasts would appreciate it. The videos on car retouching are very few and frankly very amateurish. Just a thought for future ideas for you. Thank you man...
@@PhotoshopTrainingChannel sorry for my vagueness. Here's an example of what I mean. Basically changing a car's looks with aftermarket parts. There's plenty of videos on TH-cam but they are wanting, in my opinion, and they may be too much or too basicfor a busy teacher like you. If you do have a source you respect, id appreciate a link as well....th-cam.com/video/UYVbxwgu9Rs/w-d-xo.html
Omg! Not only I have pressed the like button but also saved this video!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! My favourite is the dog (I am a pet photographer!) but I did not know how to minimise or maximise the edge of a mask too as well as so many other tips you have shown on this video :) I am learning composite and love manipulating photos so this is such a god sender. I wish you could do tips for shadows as a next video like you did for this one on cuttings as found it very difficult when you do cut and place photo together with other a composite to get a real look.... you are the best!
Fantastic tutorial which needs a lot of retrying to get the grip of masking in different subjects. BUT I'm in debt to you for finally you included the masking of the samoyed dog, with which breed I work a lot and all my efforts for the perfect cut are...nil! I would appreciate a bit more on this subject with sammies in a more fussy backround... I can only use the photoshop 2015... Thank you again!
There is so much information in your videos that I can watch them over and over and catch new useful tricks with every new view. Thanks for the high powered videos!
I always learn so much from you - I liked the brush trick to add the hair to the dog. Also I liked the replacing skies tip as I have difficulty in that area.
How would you mask a portion of an image so it's not effected by a filter? For example, I have a photo of a bridge in background with water in front and trees on the side. I want to add motion blur to the water to make it look like a long exposure but it blurs the tree too instead of the water in between the trunks of the tree. Is there a way to do that? I know if there is you'll know how to do it. You're amazing and your tutorials are so helpful.
Your use of unusual brushes is very creative and instructive. I never fail to learn a great deal from your videos. Your style of delivery of information is second to none! I wonder if you rehearse before you record. It is so natural. Thanks and please keep it up.

I think if you duplicate the layer and blur one and then mask out the area which you don’t want blurred?
