Very good tutorial. Only video I found to show how to properly and thoroughly remove / reinstall frt bumber on late model Chry 300. Keep up the great work!

Just did business with Revemoto on a 2020 300s bumper and front end hardware.. They are courteous, conscientious and professional...topnotch outfit that I would recommend to everyone. Thanks guys.
This is a very useful video; very detailed. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Would I have to follow the beginning steps of removing the bumper to replace the fog light trim molding on my 2016 chrysler 300c?
Hello and sorry for the late reply! We would say yes, it is much easier to remove the fog lights with the bumper off. You might able to get behind the bumper without removing it but I think it would be very difficult. Please let us know how it goes!
hmm so that gap between the bumper and fender (near the light) is normal? mine has that (i just recently bought it 7 months ago) and i thought it was starting to sag or something
Does anything hold the bumper in place under the headlight? Cannot quite make it out from the video. My bumper is slightly hanging forward on the LHS after I hit a small animal at night on that side and I cannot figure out why. The bumper was slightly displaced after the accident with the part under the light no longer sitting under the light. But I pushed it back in and if you do not look closely, you would not see anything wrong. But if you do look closely and compare with the RHS you can see that there is more movement if you push in on the left than on the right. So, I am wondering if there is a clip under the light which holds the bumper in place and the bumper is somehow not properly held by that clip on the LHS. I have not yet taken the bumper off. It is 2018 Chrysler 300 SRT Core.
Only video I could find showing the fog light removal, I have one full of water. I assume they can't be removed without tearing the front half of the car apart just to remove two bolts? Anyone know? (Fog light assembly only)
@@ReveMoto I'll put it on ramps and look into that, the little info I've been able to find so far only shows removing the entire bumper. Not that I'm beyond that, I have injuries limiting me working on the ground, but not impossible, just sucks. Thanks!
Yes, the 2015 to 2021 models are the same for this front bumper. We did break it out in the past to help you locate your paint code easier. You can find the link here: www.revemoto.com/products/2016-chrysler-300-front-bumper-painted Let me know if you have any questions!
So on top of the bumper that black piece there are black or silver like screws. They have to be drilled out to remove them. Those are called rivets, but most people don’t have the tool. Instead you can put a bolt and nut combination to make it easier for you.
Hi Cody that side marker is non functional marker. Which means it doesn’t have a wire just held on my screws. When a on coming cars headlight hits that marker it will reflect to signify a car. Just like a bikes reflector
They're not entitled to like or dislike. If you have been in a collision, insurers or the tort feasor that caused the damage owes for paying for costs to return you and your property to pre-loss condition. Estimating software (Mitchell, CCC, etc.) assists the appraiser (collision facility of your choice or insurer) in determining professional costs to cause a repair. Remember...insurance companies don't profit when they pay claims, but ultimately make more profit when they convince you they are in charge, and pay as little as you let them. Make sense?

Maybe you could remove the under cover of the bumper and work your way up. Your hands have to be pretty slim though

After my bumper was replaced my headlights are flickering… what could be the problem?
Probably did plug it all the way in.
Good stuff!
Thanks for the visit and please subscribe, it helps us a lot! 😀
Will a 2016 bumper come off & fit on the 2012?
That is a different year span, so conversion probably gonna need some brackets. Or even other modifications
Will a 2017 bumper fit on my 2016?

At 7:15 you said "drill out the rivets" what do you mean by that? im stuck on this part of transferring my components to my new bumper.

@@JuanRodriguez-fh8td I got mines at harbor freight

I would say check the bracket could be broken. Go to www.ReveMoto.com
Is it possible I can’t put this bumper on 2013 Chrysler 300c? 5.7 hemi
I don’t believe this set up will work for the 2013.
Where do you get the rivets for the top bumper piece after you drill them out?
I got them from Harbor Freight
What size rivets are they ?
Hey where does the passenger side marker light plug into I can’t find the wires anywhere

Do you know the part where you disconnect the fog light wiring harness from on 6:16 thank you.
That would be main wire harness it leads up to the ECU and basically leads up to a big long wire system.
I have a 2012 s can I put the newer model bumper on?
What year are you trying to put on?
@@ReveMoto2011
So it want work for a 2011 😢
Yeah I think you will need to modify the headlight and fender at least to make this setup work
I watched this before learning that my insurance wouldn't like it if I fixed my own car. Day ruined.
Why would the insurance not like it? Your free to fix your car with any shop or even on your own.
@@ReveMoto because technically it's still the bank's car for a while :/
