Removing the front bumper off a 2015-2022 Chrysler 300 seems hard, but as you can see its super simple. First get a flat head or panel removal to take off the push pins on top of bumper. Go to the side of the bumper and removal the push pins holding the fender liner. Push the fender liner back and you will see a 10mm bolt that is removed by using a 10mm socket with a racket. Do this on the other side also. Underneath the vehicle there is 7mm bolts that run across take those off with a 7mm socket and rachet. Go to the top of the bumper that closest to the fender and pop that top part off. You will need to use some of your muscles to take it off. When you finish doing this on the other side also. Go the side of the bumper with some force pop the side of the bumper off of the bracket it is held on. Do this on the other side also, but support the bumper as it will have a tendency to fall quickly. After you gently pull bumper off and place on ground. Disconnect the wires holding the reflector, fog light and other sensors (if you have them). The Bumper is OFF great job. Follow the rest of the video to learn how to take off the accessories.

I would check the tabs on the bumper make sure it’s not bent and attaching properly. Another option is to change the bracket. Go to www.ReveMoto.com

Seriously I don’t either. They could of just have used clips to hold it in.

It’s a pain in the ass but I’m a repair man at Chrysler and I can tell you it has to be secure. Mopar bumpers have extremely low tolerances for error. Especially for lane correction sensors and PTS sensors. After-market bumpers are very iffy. Current fascias have to be perfect. Without these secure points there would be flex in the facia. I know the push pins are cheap but their basically one time use only, it’s all plastics going together. Be aware, and use W-40 to help snap in those grills. I learned that from a master trim mechanic.

Hey there! Sorry for the late reply, you can find the Chrysler 300 painted bumpers here: www.revemoto.com/collections/chrysler-parts/model_300 and we'll actually need to go by paint code, which you can find in the driver side door jam sticker. If you can't find what you need, you can also always request it here: www.revemoto.com/pages/painted-parts-request
