- In this video we get to witness a tourist who continuously petted the horse… this was going fine until she overdid it and petted the horse far too much. This made the horse uncomfortable and the king’s guard got quite angry at her and tells her to stop, whilst pulling the horse’s head back. Enjoy the video!

So many have little reguard for tradition and our heritage. So many thousands come to these shores to see it, so Why belittle it. If it wasn't interesting these tourist wouldn't come. I'm proud of our nation, many countries are envious of our heritage.
I think a certain religious group should be banned until they show respect for our solders.

Sometimes I feel that this is the first time that someones sees the horse. Horse is so big wonder to those people.

I think the guards should be able to press a button that takes a photo of a member of the public being silly or disrespectful towards the horse or the guard. That picture could concurrently be shared with Police. Then the transgressor could be banned for 12 months. What some members of the public do is so disrespectful.

Absolute nonsense to put those poor horses through. The “uniforms” are ridiculous and serve no purpose other than playing dress up for tourists.

The really rediculous "uniforms" are often worn by the tourists, trying to upstage the uniforms and pagentry of centuries. See girls in beachwear and men with no 'pants'!
The horses are bred from centuries old lines of warhorses. Their ancestors took part in cavalry charges and coped with the smoke and noise of battle. These aren't regular horses.
As for the uniforms,most military units in most countries have dress or ceremonial uniforms for ceremonial functions. What you appear to be missing is that this became a tourist attraction over time due to interest. They'd still be there carrying out the same duties whether there were any onlookers or not.
Lastly,if British cultural traditions don't appeal to you then feel free to not visit.
