Having spent many hours (days over the years) on the pressure washer in the largest crash fire trucks I can appreciate the time you spent just taking chunks out!
I'm a new subscriber from down under. Very easy vid to watch. Well put together. Simple to follow. Well done to you and the team. Look forward to seeing your previous vids and the new ones going forward.
You really need a diesel fired boiler (raises the water temperature about 135 degrees above ambient) on the pressure washer as well a turbo nozzle (rotating nozzle) on the wand. It would cut your cleaning time by at least 50%. Alkaline soap in the 13.5 ph and higher for the grease and a follow up with an acid bath to make it shine. Then your employees will be even cleaner and happier.
Sad to see any history destroyed since he is in Oregon this would have been a good machine to put a paint job on and donate to the Cat museum in Brooks Oregon after all it's the world's largest grader

I just wanna see it restored not torn down.😅
My guess is it’s more valuable as parts than a complete machine.
I’m going to watch this pull down with interest as I’ve never seen such a big grader stripped down

Thats what i have
Look at what he tells 10:05
How do you say will be more profitable to tear it down and sell the parts, kind of a bummer though, I’m a blade guy. Hate to see that but I’ll manage.
How many hours on the machine at the start of your overhaul?
Id spread a big clean tarp under the machine, so you can capture and see all the small loose parts during deconstruction. Bill
I am dissappointed that we will not see tug of war with this beast, that you've promised...
What an awesome piece of machinery that is.
Hey, could you comment on how you purchase some of this equipment that we see?
I love the sound of that thing starting up!
Pretty cool. Thanks for the video
This will be a great series, thought you were gonna leave it together, So Tear it down, thumbs up
Good job 😊
PLEASE tell me its gonna be rebuilt
Mooooooo!
Just here to help boost the TH-cam algorithm.
How do you decide which location to store, repair and dismantle your equipment? OR vs NV?
is this being tore down for parts or to restore?
Should have titled it washing the world’s largest grader lmao
This program brought to you by the number "16"

I would've loved to seen this machine restored/updated instead of tearing it down.
You really should keep the C 18 for your semi truck that you never work on.lol😊😊
Little bigger then a C18
more like a C27
When I looked up the 24m I was sure it said C18 oops.
@@norcalray7182you are correct a 24m has a c18 a 24H has a 3412e
Why measure just call Casey, he will drive it in and through your wash bay. 😅😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😎
That's a big machine.
You are to let me take it for a rip down the highway.😮😮
"👍more stuff like that"
Well there's a half hour of nothing.
What engine does it have? Sounds amazing.
3412E twin turbo
Cat 3412
If size is important when the zombie apocalypse is upon us, CAT 24H will do just fine!!!
I warned you! Weeks ago.
40 feet
It's not my business so I'm sure you know what you're doing but there doesn't seem to be that much wrong with it so why tear it down?
Can you do more and talk less plz
No
That’s a weird comment. He has to explain what he’s doing. I think he has a nice balance.
