There were fish already in the pond. Also, any new pond has to go through the ammonia and nitrite, to do this it needs Koi, in 5500 gallons they won’t even start the cycle. I added some big koi this week. There are no readings

Haha to be honest it’s awful when the garden is a building site. However most wives are always happy to come and pick the fish!
I think it might be a better way of filtering the pool by have a nexus at each end 🧐
There’s no room at the other side. The furthest drain has a purge too. There is a gate to the back that could not be moved.
Isint dropping 40 fish in on 1 shot going to be a nightmare for amonia and nitrite spikes with new pond syndrome? Thats alot of fish to start with
