I'm back in the kitchen with my main gal, Sally! We are dying to show you some really simple ways of using the most common piping nozzles around. With 5 nozzles and 10 techniques to get you started, we've got ruffles, we've got blobs, we've got it ALL!

I made a sunflower with the star nozzle and had an Oreo cookie as the seeds
sounds good visually and even better for my palate!
After scouring baking shops to get nozzles similar to yours, for YEARS, and building up quite a collection, now you’re selling them. So I’m buying them anyway! Haha

What I was saying was that I’ve always aspired to have the same piping nozzles as Jemma has, and have been looking for them over the years, so I have some, but since she’s selling them now I’m going to buy them from Jemma’s shop anyway because then I’ll have the very same ones!
Jemma...you are so sweet and fun!!! I am a 65yo woman who pulled out my late mother's tips and decided to give this a whirl. I would be so excited to walk into a classroom and have you and Sally teaching this skill...what fun that would be! Thank you for all of your videos. Great to see you back jemma. When it comes to piping I seriously don't have the confidence I'm trying though guess it's trial and error I even do the piping on paper also but just give up after ten attempts lol wish I was better at it but the partner loves my baking and my attempts and encourages me to try again and again ad not give up xxxxxooooo

Thank you lol I just used your technique to frost a couple cupcakes for my twins birthday later today. The tips I bought for too small tho had to go around the cupcake more to fill it in

Have only recently found these videos and have really inspired me to try baking again! Was wondering if you have a tutorial on how to prepare the icing bags? I always end up getting icing leaking out and it makes a complete mess! :)

One of these days I’m going to get the courage together to try piping on some cupcakes. I have problems with my hands and piped some little blobs of a mix (not buttercream, a thing for my dogs) a while back and ended up with such intense hand pain for a few weeks. A dozen cupcakes would probably be less piping than I did that time, but I’ll want it to be more precise so it might hurt more. It’s a bit scary to try. I’ll have to find myself a couple of weeks where I don’t have to do much so if I end up in pain I can take it easy until it settles.

This is perfect! I want to expand on my decorating, get away from the slap on a dollop of frosting, and you both showed how to use those tips so nicely. I feel much more confident stepping outside of my comfort zone and attempting something new. Thank you!

Love, love, love these nozzles. I posted an Instagram picture, but I’m kinda challenged there, so hopefully it will show up. It was a theme requested by my grandson for his graduation... “this just got real”. One word of warning that I learned the hard (stoopid) way. When you are cleaning the Star type nozzles don’t stick your finger through from the inside... it’s really hard to pull it back out 😬

I love all these nozzles you demonstrate. Can you please provide the nozzle sizes/numbers? I know you have the set to purchase online, but I live in the US and don't want to pay international shipping.
