Sir you spoke about stress . Its beautifully said in Bhagavadgita .कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन । मा कर्मफलहेतुः भूः मा ते सङ्गः अस्त्वकर्मणि ॥
Which means , We should just focus on our action and not outcome . Because we can control our action but not the outcome which is based on various other factors .

what about sleeping tips to senior and super senior citisens. I am 78 years old and pure vegetarian and no other habits. I am going to bed 9 pm and gets up 4 a m. This the practice for decades. But I am not getting quality sleep. Any tips please
