Circular text is great for logos, crests, and badge design, among many other things.
In this easy Photoshop tutorial, we will go through how to create circular text that runs along the outside of a circle, and how to flip it to run on the inside, beneath the other text.
In no time at all, you will be able to create circular text that is fully customizable for a wide range of designs.

I know how frustating it is when you just want the answer! I know this style of tutorial is a bit fast for some people, but I'm really happy it's just getting people to the solution pronto.

Thank you for the video! But please from the very start of the video why was ring(like it was grouped) in the layer plan el. I really don't understand how you made the ring circle

Illustrator > 2 elipses, smaller of top of the other > subtract pathfinder > copy and paste vector as smart object into Photoshop

What if i've already written the text? any way to bend it around a path?

If the text is a text layer, copy it and paste it onto the circular path. If the text is flattened try the warp tools, although this will be difficult as the text will bend and disfigure.

Double check you're on type on a path and not just the type tool

@@designwithdaleThanks for answering this, and thank you to the commenter for asking. I was having the same difficulty but the clarification made me realise my mistake. I mostly use Photoshop for digital painting, so although I’ve been using it for many years, I’m always learning new things! I appreciate your dedication to helping us learn in a very clear, concise manner. ❤
