Considering to use Oratex on my Highlander, in lieu of Superflite/Polyfiber system. 45 yards of fabric were sent with my kit. I assume about the same amount is required of Oratex? Are rivets still required on the wing ribs, especially for the cambered underside? Is it really about 300+ hours of labor savings going with Oratex as compared to traditional method of finishing? About how much is spent in Polyfiber Polybrush, UV silver, paint? You have built some nice aircraft.
Planning to use Oratex for my homebuilt. In Europe they use the 600 for many planes in the Kitfox, Highlander category. Curious why you are using the 6000. Is it a Titan powered plane?

Is it True that when covering with Oratex you don't NEED to STICH the material down??
