Profound storytelling, serene cinematography and beasty climbing!
Thanks, and cheers to you.
Supreme, masterful filmmaking 👏👏👏
Thanks a lot! I'm glad we were able to document some of this ascent and share it with others. It was a dream.
Found the pic of this great cliff on Windows 10 wallpaper background and followed it all the way here 👌🏻👍🏻
Very nice movie man. Incredible adventure. Very goog planning work
Well done guys!
Thank you!
That mountain is amazing. Great footage!
Good on ya! An achievement and memory for a lifetime. Sweeeet! Best wishes from the Bolivian Andes.
That was incredible. Very inspiring. Those towers were unbelievable!
Thank you for this, we need it in times where we can't climb! These granite towers are the stuff of dreams and the video editing quality is amazing--as usual!
You have film making talent.
Thanks!
Really, really well done! Keep it up, hope to see more of this in the future! I has a very sweet time before going to work!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
beautiful narration and beautiful route! well done
Great narration! Amazing footage. Thanks!
Beautiful climb, beautiful adventure! I first learned of this climb almost 40 years ago but the Gods did not allow me to do it. Anyway, I don’t give up and still waiting for the right opportunity!
Any luck?
@@tommym875 no Yerma but way not 2022??
Cool video!
Thanks! A lot of love went into it.
Tellement impressionnant!!!!! Bravo!!! ❤️
Mark, your videos are amazing!
I really enjoyed watching some of your La Folia series on Quebec climbing. Awesome to see a local crusher going on these crazy adventures! I hope one day I'll have the skills to climb the Lotus Flower Tower. Keep it up with this awesome content!
Sincerely,
A Montreal climber
Really cool !! Not a fan of the music choices but everything else is amazing
Awesome video Mark. How did you guys get there and back seeing how remote it is, and what time of year did you go? This is a long-term dream of mine.
We flew in and out via Kluane airways, a small charter company that flies float planes out of rural Yukon to the cirque. It looks like they're still in business, and the pilot, Warren, is quite a character and good story teller. We were climbing in August. Hope your dream materializes!
Nice video of an epic adventure. I want the bouldering version next!
cool
Great video! I have a question, did you have to abandon gear apart from cordelette to do the rapels? Or there were some rappel instalations?
Thanks a lot! It's a fairly popular route, so the rappel stations are in pretty good shape (collection of bolts, pins and fixed pieces). Of course the webbing needs to be changed often due to exposure. I think we left a few metres of webbing and a carabiner or two, that's it.
Wow
😍
SUBLIME
must get tough when your hands get cold when you're up on the rock and you cant put on gloves.
😳
Nice move not getting seduced by the bivvy ledge.
I don't see no dancing or highway ffs
The chief mark really save because snail ultimately strengthen against a helpful millimeter. comfortable, devilish candle
I could not have put it better.
