What a great documentation of what it means to be a first accentionist. So much adventure and an awesome story. So often the send is the focal point of a climbing film but it’s the life changing experience that can be foreshadowed. Thank you Jenny, Kat, and the AAC for the inspiring video and a reminder to chase what challenges us.

Could you post information on conservation status of the spider, as well as the other insects, plants etc that existed in the crack? Is it possible that the climate emergency, coronavirus pandemic and whatever is to come next, will make us think holistically about what a first ascent means? Sometimes it will be fine to do one, sometimes not - but as with many other endeavours, don't we need to be explicit about the code of ethics we are following?

Hang that huge rack off a tag line and dont do the crux with a 10 lb cam on your shoulder I like a long sling to my back gear loop and then all that shit you are climbing with isnt in the way besides big tri cams hexes and big bros are much lighter and often better
Quite a waste of a live your dream grant. A half-assed attempt at a mungy OW that has yet to see an FA. Bummer man. Nice editing and camera work though.
Our Live Your Dream grant isn't about first ascents. This grant is all about challenging yourself and personal progression.
