Cls error comes usually when ads are showing up on your site but it does not have a specific dedicated space. Make a box or space on your site which should be dedicated only for ads and you should set defined place and boxes for your ads to load. This shall solve your problem

My website speed was 59 but after performing all the things which are in your video the performance went to 39.
