Sewing my First pair of Jeans | DAWN JEANS!

Hello! Sorry for not posting for a few months but I'm back and hopefully consistently. I made my first pair of jeans so I had to share it with you. I absolutely love them and would highly recommend the pattern too. I hope you enjoy! Xx

Thanks for your tutorial! Your jeans are great. Did you follow any instructions for the zip fly? I'm making my first pair of Dawns with buttons but would like to do the zip next time and I don't think I want to wing it without following a blog!

I found the written instructions in the pattern to be very clear and just used them but I’m sure there are many tutorial on TH-cam on how to do it. I hope that helps, happy sewing!

How did you finish the inner and outer leg seams? Did you use flat felled seams?

No I overlocked and then did 2 rows of too stitching as written in the pattern

Of course, I made them in an Australian size 4

What fabric did you use?

I used a Plain Washed 4oz Denim, in Light Blue which was from Dalston Mill Fabrics. Hope that helps
