ma;am why have u uploaded it this late, ma'am please I need your help in molecular biology , kindly upload videos related to this subject asap ma'am can you also make a full video on PROKARYOTIC TRANSCRIPTION
As the cell divides, the telomerase shortens this causes ageing of the cell and the t loop may not form properly due to which the telomerase may also get recognised as dna end and by the repair enzymes which may cause recombination as well
Leading strand has one primer only at starting..and that will be removed after completion of replication.and it is toward the opening of the DNA strand so no primer present in the end
Chain unwinding not occur at once ..it occurs in step by step process..DNA Polymerase have not any capacity to elongate the strand in 3' to 5' direction.. point to be noted that the lagging strand is form in opposite direction of replication fork..so there is no need of formation of lagging strand as already leading srand can elongate at once the strand in which it form in same direction with replication fork...i hope u understand if not then i will try again in another way😅

Mam primer ko kyun bulaye.... telomere ki bhi ek rna thi na to usse kaam nhi ho sakta tha kya ??
Telomere to DNA or proteins se bna he to oske pass RNA Kahan se Agya @@smrutalinrout1638
thank you maam you deserve a million of views
Thanks mam.....I am a student of physics...still i am here to understand the problem of eukaryots replication...as i have from my bio friends..
❤❤
Mam always starts with basics
Thank you so much mam❤🙏
Thanks ❤ plz mam allow your app in Pakistan.😊 love from Pakistan
aur Maam telomerase RNA ko baad me kaise remove krenge jo ki sandwich bn gaya hai bertween 2 strands ko telomere DNA ??????? please reply 🙏🙏
Well explained ma'am 👍 but I do have a question why it is responsible for the aging process
Hamara dna chhota nahi hoga due to dna telomerase, but won't it'll increase the length of original dna??
Here comes the action of FEN-1 which cuts the extended DNA.. whose only work to provide a space for complete the replication of original DNA
Telomerase only stem cell, cancer cell, germ cell me paya jata hai. Isliya waha ERP nahi hota hai.. Somatic cell me Telomerase enzayam nahi hote hai..

Well explanation mam
Thank you
thanks mam
Nice explanation
Ek number bhava khamgaon bolte❤️❤️
Ma'am utube pe bhi Gat-B/Iit jam ke liye koi series layiye.
Awesome ❤
Well explained ma'am👍
But I have one question how can telomerase affect the aging process ?
As the cell divides, the telomerase shortens this causes ageing of the cell and the t loop may not form properly due to which the telomerase may also get recognised as dna end and by the repair enzymes which may cause recombination as well
@@mealpalace748telomerase present inactive in somatic cell
What will happen to the extended dna strand after removal of rna primer ?
FEN1 remove the extend part of dna
Good afternoon mam
Ma'am primer to lagging strand main lagana hai to phir leading strand kyu extend ho raha hai
Q ke lagging ke pass code nai he to attach Kahan hoga
Mam please molecular biology bk important topics kra dijiye please ....
❤
Mam did u left unacademy??
Konsa chapter kai
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Biochemistry parte parte idhar phirse biology me aa geya
Mam we had end replication problem at leading strand also...how do we deal with it .
Same question
If you came to know plz tell me
I am searching for the same answers
Same as in lagging stands telomerase attached to end of leading stand make the same process
Why lagging strand not in leading strand??
Leading strand has one primer only at starting..and that will be removed after completion of replication.and it is toward the opening of the DNA strand so no primer present in the end
@@mamatapatra5387but she has not asked this.
She has asked question which hasn't any answer 😂

If chain unwinding occurs at once then there is no need of formation of lagging strand..😊
Replication direction 3' ➡️ 5'
No , replication direction is 5'-3'
Thank you so much Mam😃🙏
